They don't communicate

They don't communicate. You have to HOUND them to get a tracking number. UPS screwed up delivery. And they DID supposedly send me out a replacement order. But I haven't received that yet. Then the "lost" order arrived anyway to a different address. One of the parts I ordered was swapped for the "New Design" which broke when I installed it. I ordered several just in case and they all broke. Finally just ordered from a different company. The arms I ordered from them DID work. But don't expect any clear communication from them. I will never order from them again.
