Easy to order online, quick shipping. When I ordered the wrong part (due to my own poor research), customer service very kindly gave me options to return, exchange, or keep the part and reorder with a discount. I so much appreciated this as it was completely my own fault. Great customer service!!

Very fast response time! I received an answer to my email within an hour, both with the product I needed as well as additional products I hadn't considered.

We looked locally for some parts for our windows and although we found the exact parts the price seemed very high so started looking online. We came upon Direct Window Parts and they had the exact same parts we fount locally but for substantially less than the local dealers. We placed an order and the cost for shipping was very reasonable and they shipped very quickly. We had also asked a couple of questions and they replied quickly. We gave a 5 star rating as I can’t think of anything else they could have done better.

Multiple emails from self with multiple questions, were always answered that day.
The emails were positive and encouraging, concerned that I would receive the correct parts for the 50 yr. old window.
They know about the products they sell. I always felt they understood what I was requiring.

The customer service is excellent! They helped me get the parts I needed after I sent them a couple photos, and they quickly responded to my requests. I highly recommend them 🙂

I’m updating my review. Although there was still no one to speak with regarding customer service, they responded to my emails. They re-sent the hardware that UPS tried to deliver originally, but probably had my address incorrect the first time (not my fault, I reconfirmed my correct address when they re-shipped, same as the first time I ordered). I am glad to have the hardware and glad they did not charge me twice for shipping. But as far as customer service goes, they can definitely up their game on it.

Do not trust them! First the address listed on the website says they are located in Seattle, Washington, USA, in fact they are located in Canada. I ordered window parts and it took 3 weeks to receive them. Then when I needed to return two of the items I had to pay for shipping to Canada. After spending over $50 to ship them, they denied receipt of package. They did "return to sender". I tried contacting them and they will not answer my emails. Very deceptive company...and I am out now $270...

After my review was posted, I received a full refund. So they do read the reviews. I would have preferred that they respond to me before the review.

I have old version part same as the chart, but I received new version part, well they known the part, it fit very well. Thank you. Advised measure your part very well in every detail.

I ordered the part by the serial number on the old part. I followed the instructions on whether it is a left or right hinge as per your site, and was sent the wrong part.
I got no satisfaction from your customer service team.
Could not talk to anyone there. Every time I called I got voice mail rather than a person.

I measured carefully, and thought I'd picked the right size, but the thickness of the part was off. I returned the parts 3 weeks ago (according to the tracking) but have not heard from the company, or been reimbursed.

You sent the wrong part. A DOWN link instead of an UP link. I am returning it for exchange.
