I was wanting in the shuttle when I decided to call them...they come back telling me they don't have the type off car I ordered but they have different car and price will go higher....then they realised I wasn't in thesaloniki airport but in Athens.
absolutely mess...don't bother unless you want to wait for them all day in airport😌

As per our records we found a booking request on the 19th of August at 12:49 am for the same day at 14:00. This request has been rejected by our end due to availability!
We found no particular reason to wait for a representative at the airport!
The price hasn't been changed! We suggested a different vehicle category (higher) with an expected rate difference, in order to offer our outmost and assist you!

Dirent a car is very customer friendly
Dirent a car is very customer friendly, I was immediately needed to rent a car – I have to mention that it was a very busy time middle of vacation. Other rental companies did not even reply to the news and did not answer the phone due to the lack of spare cars. Dirent despite this fact they did not have also spare car in that time, helped me find a car through another agent. I was pleasantly surprised. I am glad I contacted with you people.

Eco and price friendly rental
Rented Prius for my greek vacay for two weeks. Price was more than fair, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The car was in great shape. Would definitely rent again.

Directly rent with Dirent
Unlike other rental companies, what we agreed, was what we got, there was no upfront deposit, fussy details or adolescent staff.
The price was an absolute bargain less than 20 euro per day.
I highly recommend them!

Beware this company
Beware this company. Car was covered in damage that took ages to actually get recorded on the pickup form. On return was charged 200 euros for damage to a rubber strip under the front bumper which wasn't inspected at pickup. Told Super Excess would cover this. Sent claim with docs to Super Excess who confirmed it would be covered but never paid out and then ignored emails. Would never use them again.
