Absolutely terrible do not order from this company, they sell faulty bikes then refuse to rectify any issues, even after a month. My nephew got a bike off them for Christmas and there has been nothing but problems and it now does not work, we have spent a lot of money paying to try get it fixed as dirt bikes direct claim we are not in warranty however motorbikes should not end up faulty after a few weeks and they SHOULD legally be fixing these problems. Please do not spend your hard earned money with this company.

I ordered my bike the delivery date was accurate. Ordering is easy and straightforward, and the descriptions of your purchase are exactly what you read, the prices are great, the company easy to get in touch with regarding questions and reply back quite quick and are helpful, the bike was easy to assemble, and very good value for money, I would definitely recommend this site to other people

Bought a bike from them as a Christmas present but does not run, only 30 day warranty so would not replace. Customer service terrible and very difficult to get hold of.
You will be throwing your money away if you use them.... wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them.
Very disappointed.

Bike arrived covered in scratches, I emailed explaining how this was for my sons birthday and I don’t have time to exchange and was told how that’s how they come out the factory! If I was to buy a car I wouldn’t expect it covered in scratches and I certainly don’t with a bike either, multiple scratches all over!!! Poor customer service attitude

Mini moto never worked … my son unable to drive it as it would not move!! After sales service horrendous… just excuse after excuse … no offer of exchange or replacement!! I would not recommend this company … very disappointed

No comms, ordered and paid for express delivery on Thursday morning and still not showing any shipping details, emailed them on Monday and still no reply.

Brilliant bike, granddaughter loves it. Really good service fron ordering to delivery.

The bike come fast for delivery but when got the bike for Christmas for my little boys the engine broken twice had to get a friend to fix it both times wouldn’t recommend them tbh wouldn’t buy another bike from here

Bought a mini dirt bike for my son for Christmas, the bike won’t even start! He’s not been able to ride it at all! Complete waste of money and these jokes dirt bikes direct just keep fobbing me off giving lists of parts to have checked by a garage! I was even laughed at down the phone by o e man when I rang for advice! Avoid at all costs!!

My bike hasnt worked from half hour after it first started at christmas. I've been fobbed off with being sent different parts to fit and when I've informed them it still wont work, they will not refund me or fix ig themselves

Quad had missing pieces won't start electric or pull. Emailed given steps to fix still doesn't work. 1 upset little boy and 400 pound wasted to just sit there.

Ok I guess the mud guard was bent through shipping

Real fast delivery, good bike for price.

When it arrived the tyre was flat split abd the rim was bent and buckled out of shape
Customer service was rubbish saud they would send out an new inner tube but received nothing

Ordered a bike was ment to be delivered between 3-5 days which it never. I gave it a week and a half due to delivery delays, then gave them a call and was told it had been sent out. Left it another week and still nothing, so contacts them again to again be told it was sent out. Another week later I still hadn’t recieived the bike. So called again and was told it wasn’t there problem anymore and I had to take it up with the delivery company. I asked for my tracking number which they didn’t have they just gave me a name of the delivery service, which was unhelpful because that company had many different delivery services. Finally I tracked down my bike and got it delivered. Once I put the bike together I discovered that the battery for the electric start was knackered! So contacted the company again and was told they don’t deal with that and I have to buy myself a vault meter to check the battery, which I did, emailed the company back to let them the reading and never heard anything back from them!! Really bad customer service, will certainly not be using them again!

Sold me faulty dirt bike and then refused to fix it so iv got £600 bike sat in garage that can’t be used 😡😡 iv had make claim with credit provider to try get this sorted avoid this cowboy company

Paid for bike on the 7th of January still not had it and emailed 3 times commission is awful!!!
