I've ordered from them via Amazon living in Brazil, and they were amazing, considering it's not guaranteed items will arrive in good condition (or arrive at all) because of Brazil's Mail.
The whole order arrived fast and in perfect condition.

I placed an order for a product on the 2. of december 2015 as a christmaspresent for my sister, thinking it would surely arrive before Christmas Eve. This turned out not to be the case at all, and even now, 4 months later, i still havent received anything!! They took out the money (a little over £30) from my account only a couple days after i placed the order. Seeing as i still havent received anything, and the product is listed as in stock on their webshop, I can only think that this company is run by a bunch of frauds and thieves. I cannot stress how highly i recommend people to avoid this company! I have of course tried contacting Discount Discs several times, but they have failed to answer every single time... if anyone knows of any kind og legal action that can be taken against this company i would very much appreciate being informed..

I placed an order for a phone case which was clearly marked as 'in stock'. 2 days later without any explanation or apology I received an email from them stating they'd refunded my money as unable to fulfil my order!

Bought batteries via Amazon Marketplace, 3 packs rechargeable, meant to last for ever. Two stopped working just after guarantee had run out, Discount Discs told me to get lost, I said I'd do bad feedback on Amazon then they said return the batteries. Like a fool I sent them ordinary post, and yes - you guessed it - they 'never arrived'. And due to Amazon's policy I can't review them there as more than three months since purchase. Not a huge outlay, all the more reason for them to treat me fairly, drop in the ocean to them. Never get another penny from me.
