Purchased quality replacement ac parts for my sister-in-law on her fixed budget for a 2012 honda civic. All parts were boxed and shipped well, installed with the complete kit package. Cooling well in south Texas heat this summer! Would definitely purchase from them again.

I have ordered parts from Discount AC Parts in the past. The parts I received for my latest repair arrived
promptly, were securely packaged and most importantly they were a perfect fit and functioned per design.

My repair was on a 24 year old vehicle. Were the parts an exact physical match to the OEM parts,
of course not. I suspect replacement parts from the manufacturer, at this point, would not be a physical match either.

not good fit had to modify brackets customer service did nothing for me

My car is old and obscure, not worth much and I have to be careful how much I spend on repairs. The AC kit for my 2004 Honda Insight was inexpensive and easy to install. After one year, it still works great!

I have ordered products from this company and been good experience; however, a disappointment occurred at other day install with AC mechanic. Yesterday, my mechanic opened the box for condenser and showed me some of the fins were bent plus the connectors were not in alignment vs original. This was highly disappointing.

Ive purchased 2 different component kits, one for 94 chevy 1500 truck and one for 2004 toyota sienna XLE, both kits came with everything as discribed, all i needed was some extra PAG oil and to evacuate the system after install. To date both units are keeping vehicles very cold. What is really amazing is the low price compared to the auto parts stores. I’ll buy from discount A/C again when the need arises

Was able to easily find my AC compressor for my 2012 Civic on their website. It was half the price that the dealer wanted to charge me. I took the compressor to a mechanic down the street and the installed it for me. I guess people bring in parts all the time. I will definitely use DiscountACParts again.

I had a problem with AC compressor not holding vacuum and they were fast in sending a replacement along with compressor oil. The customer service is fantastic and I would recommend others to do business with them.

Ordered a/c compressor perfect fit no problems

Parts arrived in beat up open box called and customer service seem yo be helpful and understanding said send back parts and they were refunding immediately would take 3-5 business days. 3.5cweeks later and nothing had to go through my CC company to get refund.

The part that i order did not work according to the mechanic it was not built properly

I received my A/C Compressor and had ot installed so far no problems. A/C working great nice and cold.

I bought an AC kit for my Subaru and both the condenser and the compressor are both bad. One if the inlets of the condenser was clearly damaged from the factory. The compressor looks fine from the outside, but made a horribly grinding sound when the car was started. Had to pay my mechanic to do the work twice due to their faulty parts. All this company is willing to do is replace the parts, after you make a deposit of the purchase price again. Basically, they want to borrow money from you until they get their useless parts back. I cant afford to let them borrow $285 after having to pay more to get the work done. I don't think it is a good sign when the two main components of the kit were bad from the beginning, who would want a replacement and not a refund? They dont give refunds on any part that has been installed. When I called customer service, the girl I spoke to asked me if I just wanted to cut my losses because they would not give me a refund. So rude.
Their prices are low because their products are crap. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

Tip for consumers:
make sure you are aware of their return policy. if you install it and find out it doesn't work, they will not give a refund.
