Ordered some products on the 28th Aug. Should of looked into it more carefully, no contact telephone No, complaints procedure etc should of been a red flag. I had to send a 7 day letter to them for the goods or refund. I finally got an email today saying I've been refunded (17th sept) we shall see how long that takes!! looking at these other reviews i'm not the only one to have had the same issue. i wouldn't shop here again and my overall experience in dealing with them has been very very poor. ignored emails, no products, and so on. This isn't the best time in peoples lives to be messed around with money. Avoid avoid avoid.
Wait for my order from 21 July. I've sent them loads of emails and messages on facebook but they don't response. I want refund!!!
purchased items over a week ago no sign of items and not had any communication from the company! i would report these i wish i had checked reviews from others first!! if i dont get my items i am taking this to trading standards! appalling service!
This firm will take your money and not send your order ,then they will ignore all means of comnunication DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM !!!!!!
Ordered some sprays On Wednesday and chose 24hours delivery. Still waiting for my order 6 days later, I have sent emails and online chat but no response on either of them. £80 spent on their site!!
I had the same problem when paying by paypal in March, and like a fool I then used a credit card, the first one wouldn't accept, but the second one did. The delivery information was superb, as the invoicing etc. One of the products that I ordered, a set of 3 Purell foam hand sanitiser, were faulty. The sanitiser just did not foam and came out as a very strong smelling liquid. i must admit that I kept trying every couple of days to see if any different. It wasn't so I contacted them and they said (after basically saying that they didn't believe me) to return, which I did. Over the last month I have sent letters via email and also their website on four occasions since then, and just cannot get any response. I really get the feeling that I have been scammed, I'm not even convinced that the second item of hand sanitiser is ok, so not using it. Total waste of £36.

can’t get through to the company for chasing my order, money has been paid, have tried and sent several times to email them and use their chat functionality - no response. can only assume there are no staff, in which case online orders should not be allowed to be made - tough time to get my money back - still awaiting

Ordered hand gel during Covid 19 pandemic. Initially paid with Paypal and the order was cancelled. Reordered with card details with no problems, very prompt delivery- much quicker than expected. I received an email from DiscountForest

Sadly we had updates today that PayPal are not happy with us selling sanitizers due to covid 19 and believe we are trying to 'profit' from the current virus despite our prices being some of the lowest online currently.
In this instance we had no choice but to refund all of todays PayPal orders and refund customers and no longer are we able to do business with PayPal because of this, other websites such as Gumtree and eBay are also doing the same, however the prices on those sites are very very high and we can understand this.
We have tried to factor in postage costs, packaging, extra staff costs due to increased demand and to try and ensure customers do not go mad ordering too much per person.
We have now enabled card payments which is processed via stripe, a fully PCI compliant card merchant, no card details are stored on our systems.
You are welcome to checkout once again via card, we can then dispatch those orders immediately - If you send me the order ID I can send them as 1st class free of charge.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, however this virus has caused many issues with many of our accounts including adwords and Facebook.
We believe the truth is being hidden and do not understand why customers should not be able to purchase essential goods. "
