I have been working for this company for the past 1 year and the amount of knowledge and support I have received surpasses my previous career history. I come from a strong sales and management background in the electronic and telecommunication sector. I have managed to utilise my skills and adapt to a larger audience of clients who are based internationally. I have been given the opportunity to get stuck in and develop vital skills to run a smooth support and service team. The Directors are always keen to support every member of the team and will go out of their way to assist and coach each member of staff. I feel that my working career is heading in the right direction as I can manage my personal and working life in a balanced manner. A true sense of pride is felt when clients state that our technology has positively affected their life's and helps them to teach, mentor, educate, demo and support students. Overall I would highly recommend IBT/SoftOffice to anybody who is aspiring to work for a global company and to learn all aspects of a well structured business then you are in luck.
