I tried to pay for 4 times with different credit card, but the website charged my money without giving me any order info. Although they refund me after a week, but customer service couldn't help with this issue, so I can't buy the product I want.

Ordered a vacuum sealer. Been months. No reply to emails, item never showed.. Horrific experience

Ordered a fountain for my bird bath... Never showed up still waiting and its been months now. Tried calling them and emailing them but they never responed. Dont order from this site.

Order a Bluray. Paid for it. After that they provided a tracking number, the info on Swedish post company is that my adress in incomplete. I contacted Discshop twice with no response.
Terrible, won´t buy from them again !

Datter ønskede at se den nyeste Svampbob, bestillte on Demand, glemte bare at tjekke om filmen virker på min standard browser, som den så ikke gjorde. Google Chrome er min standardbrowser.

Hyrede filmen via Canal Digitals service, filmen kunne straks vises på Google Chrome.

Ændrede senere min standardbrowser til Firefox og Explorer, der kan man så se On Demand fra discshop. Discshop oplyser ikke, at deres On Demand ikke kan ses på Google Chrome.

Bruges Google Chrome, fortælles at Silverlight ikke er installeret. Til trods for at Silverlight er installeret.

I have placed three orders within the last 10 days and all three deliveries have arrived.

Initially, I was very wary because 30% of the reviews here are bad and none are written in English. I ordered The Wire for £48 including delivery charges. My order arrived one day after the release date. I made a saving of more than £20.

My second order was for £60. It arrived five days later.

My third order was for £60. It arrived two days later.

On my second order I made an error and ordered the DVD instead of the Bluray. I emailed customer service and within an hour received a friendly response saying that the order had been processed and was dispatched so unfortunately couldn't be changed but I am able to return it. However, the return postage costs to Sweden are too expensive, so I will sell it online and still make a profit. I can not blame discshop.se as they are very efficient and it was my mistake.

I don't understand what all the fuss is about but I can only speak from my three experiences which have been virtually faultless. This site is brilliant for finding Bluray bargains. I ordered the Sopranos and saved myself £40. Ordered Breaking Bad, saved myself £20.

The only thing I wish they had was the ability to change the language to English, however I use an online translator to navigate the site. Also the payment process had a few hiccups which meant I had to put my details in several times on the first two orders before it was accepted.

The free delivery on orders over 600 Kr doesn't apply to international orders. They also only deliver within Europe.

I recommend this site to my European consumers who enjoy films and want to buy at great competitive prices. Just be sure to check the films are in your language and check the exchange rate as not all films will be cheaper.
