What can i say their support is *cough* very American & useless and in the words of Stan Lee "*NUFF said*".

Absolutely disgraceful I had shut my account down a few mo the ago due to do not being very good and they’re still charging me I’ve done everything to cancel I’ve even emailed them and apple and no reply at all it’s ridiculous

Signed up for the free trial and the app said my account did not exist. Reached out to the company for assistance multiple times and heard nothing back. Now being charged for a monthly subscription despite their service saying I don't have an account, so despite no answer to my issue regarding the trial itself not working I am now having to chase up again in hopes they will do the right thing and refund me for the service I've been completely unable to access. Would give them 0 stars if I could

I've had this for a couple of years we got past the not being able to download the app on the smart tvs and watched on a tablet as was for my daughter. Then we got the fire stick wad working fine this month however it hasn't been working they have taken payment and I can't even log into my account to cancel it keeps sending me back to enter u/n and p/w the apps don't work and I've emailed every email address I could find all send an automatic reply with this is a generic email address please use guest support you email them and they send the same. Have contacted on Facebook, Instagram and twitter no response I'm going to have to cancel my debit card as its not a direct debit so that I can cancel this subscription because I can't log onto my account. Never ever have I experienced such poor non existent customer service for any product or service I've recieved or in this case not been recieving. My daughter is quite upset she can't watch her favourite shows hopefully watchdog pick this up and do something about it.

Had numerous problems signing in so I've cancelled and given up. Will stick to Netflix and NowTv as is more reliable.

Take your money and then don't provide a service. The app won't load on any device. When I do sign in it says there is a problem so I can't even cancel my subscription. Absolute scam - do not sign up!!!!

My daughter was gifted a year subscription and we can not active it, they have stole our money there is no phone detail and no support I have contacted watch dog.

Used to love this app. Not the most user friendly but at least it worked. Now it doesn’t work at all. Can’t log in, can’t watch anything....yet they’re still taking a subscription. Sent 2 emails and tweeted Disney, not one response. The customer service phone and live chat are down so there is no way to contact them. I will be taking this further.

ETA I received a DM on twitter after posting this review. I replied to that DM and again back to no communication.

Please do not make the mistake of signing up to this scam of a service! They take money from you monthly and you can’t access your account, doesn’t matter if you try to sign in, you can’t watch anything, you can’t access your account, the app is broken and Disney do not care! I’ve been waiting weeks for someone to contact me back. I’m taking this to trading standards!

Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees you speak to are scripted and robotic, refuse to accept any responsibility, lie to you repeatedly (I have plenty of evidence), and are unable to do anything to help.

They are aware of an issue where you are billed but don't get service but cannot do anything. I was told "we would love to give a refund" but don't have the ability to, and have no way of escalating complaints.

Absolute scam. You sign up and they take a monthly fee. Once in they then don't allow you access to your account.
Try contacting them and they always state they are dealing with a high number of enquiries.
Had to cancel the direct debit and got the bank to get some of the money they stole.
Check Twitter and you can this is a common theme.
