Brilliant

Wanted some bespoke shelves for a Motorhome and the process couldn’t have been easier. From initial call my requirements were understood and the very helpful staff took my order and payment and goods arrived quickly. Good old fashioned brilliant customer service , highly recommend

AWFUL

BE WARNED: Delivery was meant to be 3-4 days. 8 days later, 4 emails and 3 voicemails left and i still dont have my order, opening a chargeback with my bank, TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Shocking customer service and…

Shocking customer service and professionalism! Website states in stock...one week later, I'm having to phone and chase order only to be told there is no stock... Paid for express delivery aswell.... Dropped me right in it... Thanks for that!!

No Customer Service

Ordered a magnetic board - arrived damaged - sent photos and asked for a new one to be sent - no response and as others have said do not answer the phone. Only option now is to put payment into dispute
