Great product, shipped quickly, delivered safely

Quick and well packaged, the risers and bookstands arrived in excellent condition.

I'm a repeat DisplayPro customer. I keep returning for their precise manufacturing, decent packaging, fast shipping and great website. They use high-quality stainless steel for their shelving. I have three different-sized sets of adjustable shelving in my utility room. I just ordered my fourth shelf.

I have bought from this company previously (2yrs ago) and had no issues so didn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I had an initial problem with non delivery and did have to chase this up, I had paid for the priority service and as it took almost two weeks to receive my order, they refunded this.

I then had an issue with the plastic screws on the connectors for the sneeze guards (most wouldn't screw), so contacted Displaypro by email and had no response despite emailing more than once, then chased this up with a phone call and was promised a resolution via a Manager the following week, but still received no call or email. I chased this up again a week later and spoke to a lovely lady who couldn't apologise enough for the issues, she offered a number of solutions and we settled on replacement connectors. which were promptly sent out and now that problem is resolved. So despite initial problems, the lady I spoke to did resolve them to my satisfaction. Issues like what i experienced can happen, but I think it's how the company resolves these that is important.

I would add that communication from them could have been better, as problems were only resolved because I followed them up.

Overall, i'm satisfied with the products and would purchase from them again.

Quick delivery and great study product which is going to be perfect for our cupcake wedding display.

The display box is well made, clean joints, and accurate dimensions. The vertical edges are not flush with the adjacent sides~I would prefer that they were~ but it is a detail I can live with. Sensible packing and delivered in perfect condition.

This is my 2nd time of purchase. All were good, except waited a little bit longer for a product that is cut to required size. No issues at all.
