I am very disappointed at what was delivered in comparison to what I saw in the ad. The ad is very deceiving and when a person orders something in good faith thinking that I will be receiving a product that I can use and this totally different item comes in after almost a month. I am not at all happy. Facebook needs to stop thieves from advertising on their platform.

all sorts of tracking emails but no product. Now claiming to refund d my money MINUS shipping charges claiming it was sent back but it was not. SCAM !

This was ordered months ago and I never received it. Tracking said it was delivered but no! I have been scammed and deceived.

Like everyone else I had to learn the hard way. ITS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I filled a case through PayPal and they are a bunch of IDIOTS!

I purchased 5 in 1 food chopper which cost me 35 dollars. It is made very cheaply and the handle keeps falling off. Absolute rubbish and obviously scam website

Ordered the product and after about 6 weeks of waiting (tracking said it was in Nevada for 3 of those weeks) I got a notice saying it was delivered. Never was and after opening a case with PayPal they said there was nothing they could do because it was "delivered". After seeing all the other reviews with the same exact issue i realize now this was a scam.

NEVER GOT MY PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS DELIVERED OPEND A CASE WITH PAYPAL AND PAYPAL FAVORED THE COMPANY SO I THING PAYPAL AND THIS COMPANY ARE INIT TO GATHER TO CHEAT PEOPLE OUT THEIR HAD EARNED MONEY DONT TRUST PAYPAL OR THIS COMPANY

Wow this company sucks!
I ordered a product from them that they claims delivered. I have explained them that it was not delivered, my security cameras did not see a delivery person, and when I went to USPS with the tracking number it wasn't my address!

We've had over five emails going back and forth And they keep saying the same thing check a document that they don't produce.

Never buy anything from this company!

Have gotten the same shipped email for over a month with no response back. Most likely just another China scam site taking people's money and no way to get a hold of anyone.

This company advertises on Facebook a splendid grater, but what you actually get is a cheap tacky box of rubbish. To add insult to injury this rubbish will cost you almost £30 sterling. They offer you a pittance in compensation. Yes it originates from china, but mine came from Bolton here in the UK. DO NOT ORDER FROM distinctl. Com. They falsely advertise.

Horrible experience. Wish I could rate below zero. Terrible customer service. Says ships from US but comes from China. Been nearly a month now and still nothing. Refusing to refund. Avoid this company at all cost. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Horrible scaming company! I have never received my package. They gave me tracking, but it never came. I purchased the insurance, and they just won't return emails now. Even if I tell them, I don't have the product that they show was delivered on 03/21/25. I've written them 3 times, and get same answer check
your tracking and family when I live by myself.

Avoid this company or use at your own peril. Waited a month for the product when it was delivered it had been crushed. The liquid contents had spilt into the flimsy packaging it came in and was not fit for purpose. I wrote to 'support' they ghosted by email after requesting a picture. I then raised a dispute with PayPal. Took a number of emails between them and the company as they said they wanted me to return the product at my own expense. If I did so I could have 80% of my money back. I declined this, referring to distance selling regulations and my legal rights. The money arrived in my bank via PayPal the next morning.

This company is awful. Took over a month to get a confirmation of delivery from them. Never delivered. Gave me three different tracking numbers, two different delivery dates, and won't tell me the name of the delivery company. I will never order from them again.i will have my bank get my money back. Horrible that they scam people like this.🙄

Never buy from this company!! I ordered something and after waiting a month I still don’t have it. It’s a scam. Never got my money back from them. No satisfaction from multiple emails. Thankfully I used my credit card and was able to get my money back from Bank. Don’t order anything ever from this Company!
