Great customer service for landlords and tenants alike

The team at Distinct Property Consultants is personable, pragmatic and very efficient. They gave us great advice on how to best present our flat for renting. They use great photos, plans and 3D walk-through videos to market the flat well. That means they quickly find us tenants. They handle all the paperwork from obtain references to preparing the agreements and keep us informed every step of the way. They have a great “black book” of contractors which means that any issues that arise can be dealt with swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are easy to reach and communicate with. Highly recommended.
