This website is an absolute scam. Orders never arrive, refunds are denied, and they offer store credit instead. Multiple friends and I have experienced the same issues. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they penalize customers for their mistakes. It's outrageous and unbelievable that they continue to operate. Avoid this website at all costs.

This website is a total scam
This website is a total scam. You order something, and it never arrives. When you ask for a refund, they refuse and offer store credit instead. I ordered three dresses three months ago, all marked as ready to ship, but they never came. I've been chasing them for a month, but they never respond. It's like they want you to believe they're "working on it," but you never get any answers or your money back. It's not just me; around 15 of my friends have had the same experience. They offer discounts to entice you to buy, but what's the point if you never receive your order? When I asked about my dresses, they pushed me to buy something else from their outdated collection. They make you feel like you're begging for a favor. And now, my sister's dress, ordered seven months ago and supposedly ready to ship, never arrived either. When she asked for a refund, they said they'd deduct 30%. It's outrageous! How can they penalize us when they're the ones who messed up? Their customer service is a joke. It's unbelievable that this website is still up and running, scamming people left and right.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience! I ordered a gown and had to pay in full for dress that I had no idea when was going to be shipped. I ordered it for my daughter’s wedding, but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or email to let me know when the dress would possibly be ready. Very bad communication and not a reliable company.

Horrible experience!
Although the website has most of the high end and couture brands and lots of promotions but they have major problems with communication and delivering orders on time! They don’t answer their clients and IF they did they won’t give clear answers!
One of the designers i ordered from has told me that many people has problems with district5!
It took them more than two months to deliver the dress although they know my occasion time before i purchased the dress! And unfortunately I didn’t receive it on time!
Honestly speaking it was a nightmare
