Competitive price and delivered within their advertised time frame. Items seem to be as described. Comfortable mattresses and courier was excellent with live tracking and messages and phone call to advise on delivery time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was looking at buying a set of beds for our spare room and called to try and find out the height of the beds. I spoke to someone who was extremely rude when I was only asking a very simple question. I will not be shopping with them as I can only imagine what service I would get with a complicated issue!

The wrong order was delivered. The company quickly rectified the situation within a couple of days. Beds good value for money

My order has just been delivered single divan , with lift up bed underneath . Seems quite comfortable . It arrived on date and time I was told it would , no fuss , kept well informed by courier company . All seems ok , am very happy with this bed for price I paid . Can’t fault anything about the service . Thank you

I am delighted with my new beds
The two single beds 1500 pocket + memory foam mattresses are super. As they zip & link, to also form a king sized bed, they will be so versatile.
I chose to have the headboards upholstered in the same pink “suede” fabric as the divan bases so they look super.
I have tried the beds out & they are so very comfortable

Product came up to expectations and was delivered in perfect condition, well wrapped. Delivery time of 7-10 days as quoted. Excellent communication throughout.
Delivery people obliging and courteous, with regular updates on progress. Altogether a positive experience.

Good customer service. I wanted to get it refunded and got a quick reply in 2 days via email. David, the guy who helped me, was very professional and he explained to me what to do etc. Then i changed my mind and decided to keep the bed in the end. He kindly offered a discount as well, as I kept the bed rather than returning and refunding. Quality of the beds are ok, the mattresses are not as firm as I liked them to be but if you dont mind soft/medium mattresses, go for it.

I have been absolutely delighted by this company. From when I first made contact with them and asked for something special, which they were able to agree to, right up to delivery yesterday, it has all gone extremely smoothly. We have set up the bed now, we bought a divan with drawers, and it is just what we wanted. The headboard looks good, and the bed is comfortable. We had a delivery to the south of England, it came on time and was delivered extremely efficiently and Covid safe.Overall I would like to recommend this company, and I do not often write such a positive review.

Unusually for me, I didn’t check their reviews before ordering (& I was a bit concerned when I did).

My experience was superb & the delivery was quicker than promised & customer service responded quickly to any enquiries.

I bought 4 divan beds and mattresses July 2020, zip and link for a holiday cottage. Divan beds seemed to offer exceptional value for money and beds were delivered on time. The beds have only been used properly since the end of April 2021 and one has broke due to poor quality wood used in the base (I have photos) it’s been 12 days since I contacted Divan Beds for a replacement and I have confusing email communication from them with no offer or date I can expect a replacement. Pending further contact I will provide an update.

Had a prob with missing castor on bed but was sorted very quickly and was given future discount for inconvenience. Great price - decent quality.

What can I say? 2nd time doing business with these guys. Absolutely excellent customer service and I'm delighted with my purchase. Guest bed sorted, but I might sneak a snooze on it myself. Well comfy! Thanks guys!

I cannot review the product as I did not receive a date for delivery after paying and placing my order.
If you ring the customer service phone number the receptionists say they do not have access to your order details and have to pass messages to the manager .
I had no return call even though messages had been passed on.
Had to ask PayPal to step in to help me obtain a refund.
Would not bother to try and order anything again been a complete waste of time .

bought an orthopaedic mattress and after two months it was lumpy, uncomfortable and springy. The base also broke - would never buy again from this company

Quality is absolutely shocking... finishing edges of material raggy.a million staples everywhere.some sticking up.both bases are weak made of cardboard and a few wooden slats not enough in my opinion . headboard corners of fabric not even.the legs have glued pieces right on were the security bolt hold it in place.matresses both made of nylon however do seem to be ok ??all in all the only way I can describe the bed is CHEAP AND CHATTY.Be lucky if it lasts 6months !!

Had a issuse with one of my mattress on a zip link bed after 25 days,
emailed with the problem .they got back and replacement sent out for both mattresses. .
The delivery company Panther were also amazing

Very helpful staff on telephone. The delivery man was very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, looks good and great value. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a Premium Grey divan base that was advertised at £149. After I had added springs and padding and castors the price shot up to £319. Delivery, by another company, was excellent but the base arrived with a brown material. I immediately phoned and was told I would get an email. It arrived telling me they had sent premium grey and colours could change. I wrote back to say it was NOT grey and they wrote to say they had checked and had sent premium grey. That was it, no discussion on colour or anything. their email might just as well have said 'tough luck we aren't changing anything. Since then I have heard nothing. Bad company with no customer service!

I bought two divan bases, one arrive with the storage drawer damaged, this was quickly resolved by the company without any quibbles. They are excellent quality and great value for money, the company are great to deal with keeping me up to date at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending them as reliable with good quality and value products and will be in touch again when I need future beds or mattresses.
