Absolutely terrible company to book through. Diving holiday organised through our New Zealand high school to Vanuatu in Aug 2024, but Vanuatu airline stopped running so dive holiday was cancelled.
Dive Adventures kept everyone’s $800 deposit. Quite a windfall for them!
High school friend opted to go on the replacement trip this year 2025 and was told he could use the $800 deposit paid in 2024 but when that trip was cancelled, they kept another $750 deposit!
So that high schooler’s family is out of pocket $1550 and we are out of pocket $800!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND THEIR ETHICS ARE TERRIBLE.

I’ve used Dive Adventures for many trips, the first in 1996. They are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They’re a true dive travel specialist which is very necessary when travelling to relatively remote parts of the world.

I have been using Dive Adventures (Nina Joost) since 2013 to take the stress of coordinating 2-3 trips a year. The bonus is that now she knows our style and diving preferences she has made some recommendations that have been outstanding. Thanks guys
