After waiting a little too long for wind deflectors for my son's POLO, they arrived very well packaged, but still when i finally got to fit them and unpackaged, they were cracked in half. After only one email and a few days, a new set arrived. I couldn't ask for more from a customer service point of view. Well done Diversion...

Order placed since June 27, today is October 13, I still haven't received anything, the package is apparently "lost" I have a response every 2 weeks, I'm starting to lose patience, give me my money back

I travelled across from Manchester after getting my appointment booked to fit my new custom wheel supplied from Diversion themselves. From start to finish the experience and level of customer service was outstanding! including the cute little dogo called chunky 🐶 who made that anticipated revel of the steering wheel worth it! Bought a carbon fiber bonnet for my Polo GTI and had it fitted too. Was really pleased with the service offered and the owners were friendly and made us feel welcome. Have ordered other parts for my car too and always pleased with the service, will definitely use them again.

I contacted them to ask about a product and found them really helpful. They advised that the item was made to order and would be five to six weeks to deliver. Having received it I am pleased with the quality. Good company :)

Bought an Audi TT grill through Diversion Automotive and had them fit it too. Really friendly team, sorted everything out with no hassle and the end result looks spot on. Couldn’t be happier – would 100% recommend.

Not a great experience. I ordered 3 items and had to wait over 2 months for the deliveries. All were Carbon parts for my AMG Mercedes.
I never received correspondence with updates and only got information by calling them. The lady wno answered was very helpful, however after weeks of waiting I eventually found out that one item was now unobtainable, so a refund was given.
This turned out to be useful as I found it on Amazon for less than half the price!
The other 2 items did finally arrive, but again only after I kept chasing them. They weren't cheap and if I pay top money for parts I expect good service.
Sorry, but my experience was dreadful and I cannot recommend this company in the slightest.
Sadly it's faster and cheaper getting stuff from China.

Really helpful staff that have great knowledge and help you find exactly what you are looking for. Will buy from again 🙂

Still not received my order

While the finish on the carbon fibre is beautiful, the carcass of the steering wheel used does let the complete finish down, scruffy would cover it’s description, and the packaging was basic, more attention required to make it a complete experience.

I think diversion are good at the off the shelf stuff. Anything custom (in my experience a steering wheel) should come with a little bit more information. The product itself seems well built and took around 3 months from order to arrive, and packaging was fine.

The challenge is communication and follow up which (most companies) would offer or at least be able to field when components do not come with instructions and email is the only method or contact when I ordered as the phones were always engaged (super old school). They do deserve the 5 star regardless of the little niggles.
