I ordered 2 swimsuits in May and received them in June. I immediately emailed them to let them know I needed to return them, as they did not fit. (The quality is also terrible and not at all like what is pictured on their website.) I never got a response, so I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Just now, TWO MONTHS LATER, they respond. Their excuse for not responding sooner? "I'm sorry to keep you waiting because of the large volume of orders recently." Recently? Two months to respond is unacceptable. And they are only now responding because I disputed it with my credit card company. HORRIFIC customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered two swim suits , same bathing suits but different sizes! Neither one fits and I’ve tried to return but I can not get anyone to respond! Sent several to customer service and nothing!

Terrible customer service. Actually, there is no customer service. I have emailed them several times about a swimsuit that was torn when I received it and have NEVER heard back. No phone number to call, just email. I do NOT recommend anyone order from this company!

I was hesitant to order from Divingshe after reading all the bad reviews but I am glad I did. I live in Canada and my 3 swimsuits I ordered came in exactly 2 weeks. They fit perfect and are exactly what I ordered. I will definitely order from here again!

I would love to give them a ZERO!!!! Do not order from them. Takes forever to come. They don’t respond to their emails. Some of the items are missing. Horrible customer service and the items are HORRIBLE compared to the pictures. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I would leave a 0 star if able to.. I returned my items because they are not what was shown and did not look like the picture. Nobody will respond or refund me my money. Horrible customer service and I will be reporting the business.

I placed order a week ago literally charged same day. 1 update showing a USPS tracking # that a label was created. No other updates yet. I have reached out to seller. no reply as of yet. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Don’t not order from this company. I ordered $100 worth of swimsuits from here. First they charged me twice for 2 different amounts. One was immediately refunded. Two weeks after placing my order, the company sends me an email stating that I cancelled my order and they were refunding my money. there was a refund for only $16 if the $100 order. I absolutely did not request a refunded and had not even contacted the company since I placed the order. When I put in my dispute with PayPal it had me add a copy of their refund policy. It states if you cancel your order you will not receive your full amount back. This is a scam. They take your money, then cancel it stating you requested the refund so they don’t have to give you all of your money back.

I ordered 2 swim suits and they both fit absolutely 💯. The quality is great too
The colors are vibrant I am 63 and definitely recommend this company. I live in Canada 🇨🇦 and they took about 2 weeks to arrive,I will definitely order again.

Horrible place! Do not order from them. Returning items is a JOKE. They won’t pay shipping for the items to get returned when they don’t fit. So you basically would pay shipping twice. Don’t waste your time or money.

This company is a scam. Do not enter your card information to their website, they will change your order on you and say they are sold out when you request your money back they state they will ship a different color. Swim suit will never be sent. Do not trust unless you want to call your bank on a charge back to them and get a new card ! SCAM so sad

Suits were nice as expected but my return was the problem! Sent my eligible items back with detailed instructions and they say they can’t find my second order. I have been going back and forth with them for a month documenting everything and all communication! They say the can’t find my order after I provided shipping address email phone number ….. they don’t send a confirmation email with order ( only place this has happened to me after 1000’s of orders every year for personal and work ) Going to let the bank take over now ! STAY AWAY !!! This alleged company is a joke !!

I received a one piece bathing suit that was supposed to be black with red roses. I loved the look and ordered the suit . When I took it out of the packageit looked like a navy. Once I went into the pool and got out the suit was dark green with pink roses. I sent a picture to the company and they claim my pic (green suit) is the same as the picture which is black. Unbelievable. I will never order from this company again.

I was hesitant to order since I saw them on a Facebook ad but I took a chance and am thoroughly pleased with my experience. My suit came in within 2 weeks of ordering and fit true to size. I will be ordering from them again.

Another PayPal based scam website allegedly selling women's swimwear. After you enter your credit card information, the page constantly refreshes and does not complete your order and in a sense forces you to utilize PayPal, which are a scam within themselves, notorious for harboring internet scammers, and welcoming literally tens of thousands of fraudulent transactions daily. Be careful where you put your credit card info, cuz now we have to call our bank and change our card numbers.
