Initially bought a visonic powemaster…

Initially bought a visonic powemaster 10 when I got stuck setting up the panel advice was freely give resolving my problems
I have added to my system always buying from sapphire
I had a key fob fail which was under guarantee this was replaced with no issues
recently bought a broadband module again advice was available specifically from brain who was extremely helpful

Rang for advise, ordered system. Prompt delivery. All devices pre programmed for trouble free installation. Great service.

Great service

I have used sapphire alarms now for a bits for my Akers system and I have to say the service is very good.
All items are packed well and delivered on time. The website has some very helpful information to help with any d.i.y install and I’m sure if you have any trouble and called them they would help you out.
