Very Pleased So Far
The website is self-explanatory and easy to use. The free samles were dispatched quickly. The assistants are very helpful on the phone and are able to answer all questions. Having now made my order, if the timely delivery and quality of my order are similarly dealt with, I will be very satisfied.

Simple ordering experience
Not received the shutters yet but the ordering process was very simple. Needed to use the on-line chat several times prior to ordering, the team were very quick to respond and very clear in their answers. Call back to clarify and confirm order was very quick following placing of the order on-line.

Box bay window shutters 🤍
Ordered shutters for two box bay windows. The end look is fabulous and they were pretty easy to fit. Customer service when ordering was very helpful. I think it’s a good idea how this company call you to double check everything before putting the order through etc.
I had a couple of issues with the frames when they came and the after sales team was super helpful in sorting them out for me.
Will be ordering from again soon for the rest of our windows 🙂.
