Really bad experience
Really bad experience. I've used this company in the past and they were okay, but the last time was just awful. To begin with, I had to email this guy several times and then call him because apparently my emails had gone into his spam folder - do companies not check their spam folders?? I then gave him my designs (one of which he had printed in the past several times) and the HEX codes for the pink colours I needed the stickers to be in. He sent proofs which appeared okay - the colours were hard to discern through a monitor, but I thought he would stick to the HEX codes I requested and I then paid over £300 for the stickers. They eventually arrived in a muddy brown colour and I emailed to complain. He got back to me and I explained what the problem was and that was the last I heard from him. I tried to call, but apparently all his phones are not working or whatever and he didn't reply to my last email. The upshot is that I am left £300 out of pocket and a with box load of stickers in the wrong colour. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use them again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
