Not honest, the services charge me for the subscription that I have never heard of, I used to get texts saying I had activated whether or games which I never did, I would not recommend, the worst ( avoid)

Regarding the problem since 2018: The problem in BTS djezzy is very old and does not work, It does not support 4G service
Reforms remain false promises
The technical interest does not care about anything because it does not want to admit that the problem is with BTS. Every time I file a complaint, the response is no problem.
As long as djezzy gets her bills every month, she doesn't care, doesn't get treated.....

This is the worst telecom i've ever seen
This is the worst telecom i've ever seen in my entire life,
as an expat in Algeria, i've used their sim card very often, they have the worst internet among the other competitors, poor customer service and very expensive fees even if compared with europe... i would not recommand this company to anyone especially those who are willing to travel to Algeria
