Amazing customer service! This team knows how to make a customer happy, even when something doesn't work as intended. I had a game come in and it didn't read in the system, however, they were able to help by sending a new one. Big thank you to DKoldies!

I bought the NES with Mario 1,2,3 and Duck Hunt with an extra controller and the gun for my wife for Christmas. When we first tried to play the games didn’t work right, so I emailed Drew and he got back to me immediately. Gave some steps to try to fix the problem. After going through his suggestions all the games worked perfectly. Drew the owner of DKoldies has exceeded my expectations with the system and the games. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

I bought a couple of games the first one I've tried glitches so much and the pokemon game won't save because I need to replace the battery.. this should have been done before selling it. Now I have to try the other games and hope they work... buy your games at a reliable company before you buy with them.

DkOldies has reopened the door to my childhood and in the most random of ways I could’ve ever imagined. I was scrolling through YouTube reels one day and one of dkoldies reels popped up and I took a second out of my day to see what it was all about and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in the last year. I bought a Nintendo controller from them that worked at first but then stopped working. I contacted them and they responded within 2 hours to say they were sending me another one immediately along with a prepaid shipping label to send the defective one back. Great customer service!

I bought an SNES and NES with about 15 games in total and have had only an issue with 1!Reached out to DK and they took care of it right away. Replaced the game that wasnt working with another in about a week! Very happy with DK Oldies!! Will continue to purchase my vintage games with them only!

Everytime I order from dkoldies, my order arrives on time. It is always what I ordered and it is always worth the wait. Everything I order is in excellent condition, and I will continue to order from dkoldies. The only thing I would like is to have my order filmed, but I understand that they have a lot orders to film.

I love that there’s a reputable company backing the products they sell. I always feel comfortable purchasing items from here because of the 1 year warranty everything comes with. It literally takes any of the risk out of the equation for the products I purchase. And on top of that. Never had a issue that couldn't be solved, always got my items in good condition. The only issue I do have is some games/consoles are a little bit too pricey but other than that I have nothing but great things to say about dkoldies.
