Avoid DLG at all costs - zero interest in their clients
Absolutely sham of a company. Unsupportive of claimants, very disappointed my insurance company utilise them as zero interest in supporting. Complaint escalated.

Originally I was not particularly happy with the service that I received. Really slow response times for returning my emails or phone calls , the day was saved by Angela Probert . She was so helpful, did what she said she was going to and was super understanding. She managed to get us an outcome that was fantastic and actually correlated with injury that was sustained.

Excellent Service and Communication
After my previous solicitor was unable to progress my claim satisfactorily, my case was transferred to Angela Probert, and the difference was remarkable. The worst solicitors ever!
The worst solicitors ever! They work for the insurance company not you and constantly mislead. I would not recommend this solicitor if you are involved in a no fault RTA. DLG reps run the clock down and will not get you the best compensation deal. If I could turn back time I would have sourced an independent solicitors.

Was the case handler Mark Kinsley making the time to help me and support me through completing forms required I was having difficulty doing online myself and getting frustrated and very anxious.
He explained everything to me as we were completing both mine and dads claims and what happens next.....
