Nasty

Nasty

Manipulating the law in their emails and sending pushy mails to please the landlords. They do not have any respect for tenants.

They will be nice at the beginning, Eilha, Douglas and company, then, will ignore any repairs needed in the property.

The service with have received has been shocking, everyone I speak to about this issue who has had dealings with Direct Lettings also mirrors this.

Strongly advise to not use, or if currently using them, to move to another firm.
