I write this out of disappointment & frustration.
My Skoda Karoq locked me out of the car back in January. The car had seemingly also developed an intermittent problem just prior to the locking me out that resulted in most of the warning lights on the dashboard coming on & interfering with the overall driving of the car ( park assist; tyre pressure indicator; ABS system; steering failure.. I could go on). When I phoned the dealership to discuss the car locking me out, I also described the problem with the dashboard warning lights. I was informed during the phone call to the garage that the locking out was a recall so the car needed to be seen to have this fixed. My car was booked into the dealership on 21st January. A couple of days before this I received an email asking me to complete an 'online check-in) which I did. In this online link I completed the 'any other issues' box with the details about the warning lights problem as stated above. On arrival at the dealership to drop the car off I again outlined the problem & specifically asked for this to be looked at. I left the garage under the impression that the warning light problem had been sorted after the software update. I outlined the issues with the warning lights twice verbally, the first time on the phone, the second time in person at the garage. I also outlined the warning lights problem in writing via the online check-in prior to be dropping the car off at the garage. So three times I requested this problem was looked at. Jump forward three weeks after returning from holiday, started the car up to be faced with all of the warning lights intermittently coming on and off. Phone the dealership to clarify what work had been done on the car. I was told the software update. I asked about the warning light problem I had asked to be looked at and was told that wasn't part of the 'health check'. What else as a customer coukd I do to get the problem looked at ? I left the garage bring told everything was ok. Shame on you. This is my second experience of less than acceptable service as you messed things up with a previous appointment. Would not recommend as a reliable or trustworthy service provider.

Great video presentation of the car peaked my interest, and after speaking to Steve Elliot (very friendly and helpful) in sales I took the plunge.
Car was delivered to my home in Hertfordshire by Phil, who was just as friendly and professional as everyone else in this business.
The vehicle was immaculate (as described), and having driven almost 1400 miles since it arrived 12 days ago - I have had an average fuel consumption of 65mpg. That included urban and motorway driving, and I was so sceptical of the no's that I manually calculated the mpg when I filled up - it was correct.
Brilliant car from a brilliant company.

Bought a new BYD Dolphin Design from the leeds branch. DM Keith were excellent throughout. The process was very straightforward, from the test drive to completing the purchase documents to picking up. Special mention for our salesperson Andy Austin who was charming (mind you I suppose that's a prerequisite for being a car salesman!) but also explained everything clearly and responded to emails promptly. He also didn't try to upsell aggressively, which is a change from some car salesmen I've experienced. (However the DiamonBrite coating seemed good value, as did the alloy and tyre insurances, so we purchased those.)
On the day of pickup the car was ready, scrupulously clean and having a top-up charge. To my surprise it came with two sets of floor mats (rubber and cloth); a boot liner; and even a cleaning kit specifically for the DiamondBrite finish. Other new cars I've bought, they are charged as extras.
With the dealer contribution, the car is very good value for money. We're only paying slightly more per month to buy on PCP compared with leasing a Fiat 500e, which isn't nearly such a good car. And the down payment was a tenth of that for the Fiat.
The car itself is great. Probably the most comfortable seats of any car I've ever driven, anmd packed with great gadgets - reversing camera with 3D view, heated seats, sunroof, Android Auto. It does take a bit of work to get on top of the system though - it's quite complicated and doesn't have the most user friendly interface.
But overall: best car purchase ever!

I bought a car off DM Keith Huddersfield Monday. They were great. Brilliant service, great value for money when there's warranty for the first 7 years as long as I have a service with them each year. Car is good quality. Had a few niggles, took it to the Ashton branch (with an app) they were minor issues, all were resolved there. If they couldn't they would've given me a car to drive whilst it was repaired...I need my car for work! Great after care, got a call off the lovely receptionist I'd spoken to yesterday to check all was well. Which it was!
My sister had bought a car from another car sales company and after care was shocking. Thank you DM Keith for restoring my faith in car sales men and women!

Purchased a nearly new car from D.M Keith on 18th Jan following some lengthy email communication with Wiktoria. Was able to secure a mutually agreeable deal and drove 4.5 hrs from Scotland to Hull for collection. As Wiktoria was weekend off, I was well looked after by her colleague Jack who took time to welcome me, meticulously carry out the administrative paperwork and procedures and thereafter demonstrate the workings of the vehicle to me. I cannot fault this excellence in customer service and Jack went on to send me an item that I had inadvertently left in my trade in as well as expediting a resolution to a very small issue that I later discovered. Rip off! Put my Superb in for a diagnostic test as engine light was on. DM Keith did their own compulsory Health Check which came in at about £900 not including fixing the engine light issue. I had to ask repeatedly about the engine light. They charged me £924 to resolve engine issue (not including their £900 Health Check). Within 20 minutes of driving away the engine light was back on. They had not road tested the car! Took car back and they ‘fixed’ the light. A month later the light is back on. I also took all the recommendations from their Health Check to a local garage who did all the work for £460. Total rip off.

We've been with you now for a few years and have always found the customer service to be excellent, you always keep us updated when purchasing a new vehicle and it's a seamless journey from start to finish.
Our most recent purchase was neither planned or intended. We'd gone just for a service for air con. Saw the new Fabia which caught our eye and thought we'd enquire. That's when we were introduced to Jack Downing in the Hull Beverley High Road showroom.
Even though he was new to Skoda, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, super efficient and professional. He answered all our queries, getting advice from a more senior sales exec before confirming with us and one hour later, we'd paid a deposit on a new Fabia!!
But that was only the start of his support; throughout the next few weeks whilst we were waiting for the car to arrive, he kept us fully updated and always got in touch when he said he would. This is our 5th car with Skoda, the 4th new vehicle, and we were over the moon to learn from Jack that we were his first New sale!!!
Skoda you should be extremely proud of recruiting Jack- he is amazing and a shining example of what a customer needs. We hope he is still with you when we return in 3 years. Whilst we are praising this service, there's a 2nd person we want to shout out!! Alex Stratton who is in sales.
We always purchase accessories for the car and Jack introduced us to Alex, who was really friendly and very helpful. Alex talked us through our needs of all new rubber mats for interior and boot, and said he would personally ensure they would be ready and fitted for when the car arrived. He also gave us a great price, and we appreciate he took the time to do this.

I have been a returning customer for many years. I have tried a couple of other dealership but always migrate back to DM Keith due to the excellent customer service. The salesman are always transparent and honest, I always know that they will try their best to get me the best deal they can offer.
