Went to see the van from this company and tried few of the van, one was showing engine on the dashboard and the other one was with gearbox problem. End of the conversation he said you tried and you need to buy one of them because you waste our time and argue with us. Do not recommend this company as specially Indian fellow which he trying to sell broken vans to us.

Absolute scum bags. After taking a deposit for a van online and initial dealings with Chris, I agreed to collect the vehicle after leaving a £500 deposit providing the vehicle was as described. Living over 4hrs away I needed to ensure the van was in great condition. When I arrived I soon found the van was not in great or drivable condition. The engine did not run well from cold and found the MAF sensor was faulty after plugging in my own OBD2 reader. I asked for my deposit back as it was not ready, I had a long drive. Bits of trim were also hanging off and 2 bulbs were out, plus a cable tie was catching the fan inside the engine bay. I asked for my deposit back, and Chris refused, saying he couldn’t as he’d paid to get the van ready (it clearly was not ready). I was not confident the van would get me home but agreed the sale anyway against my better judgement. On the way home I heard a large bang around 20 minutes into the journey and the engine light came on with a loss of power. I was stranded on the M40 with a broken truck at 6pm on a Saturday evening. A turbo pipe had come off the RAC told me after 3 hours waiting for recovery. I finally got home at 2am. I Also found out that it wasn’t just me being unfamiliar with the van that the odd crunchy gear change I had on the way home was not my poor clutch work but infact the gearbox is so worn out it requires a rebuild after visiting a local gearbox specialist who went over the van on the Monday morning. All in all a truly devastating experience. Avoid at all costs. Positive reviews are clearly just friends of the staff or fake accounts, I do not know how anyone would have a positive experience using these scum bags.

Brought a van on Friday and on the Sunday morning it overheated got it towed to a garage head gasket gone and head cracked backed the van to be told I can’t have my money back avoid at all costs

I travelled 140 miles to view a Vauxhall Vivaro , I was picked up from local train station by Chris, the whole experience was faultless.

Do not buy from here! Brought a transit custom, took it back withing a week due to drive shaft and oil sump issues, then a week later the other drive shaft went, lights came up on the dash, the van has been back and forth to ford multiple times for many repair, fors Friston said the van was not fit to be on the road due to all the break system being rusty and could have snapped at any point, currently I have spent around £2000 fixing it since November 22 and yet again it's back at ford for more wiring repairs because someone covered wire with double sided sticky tape that has melted!

STAY AWAY! Bought a van there it looked decent at first, collection day noticed it had about £2 of diesel in it and adblue light was on, 2 mins into the drive home service light come on. Few days after that had trouble starting, I asked them to have a look at it and they refused, I got the van serviced at Ford and they said the van hasn't been serviced in a while as everything was old, I was told it was fresh serviced before I purchased it, Ford come back with a list of about 2k in repairs, fuel filter blocked, every single rubber on suspension perished, ac line hanging and scraping on floor, screws sticking out of the roof and the list goes on. a couple days later the steering started making very loud scraping noises from the second the van turned on and I took it back to Ford and was told I have a leak in my power steering hose and it would cost £600 to repair, I took the van back to DM vans and asked for a refund under consumers right act 2015 as it was only 2 weeks after purchase and they basically told me to get lost and they aren't going to help at all. They Got angry when I asked for a refund and THEY tried to unlock MY phone that was laying on the table while asking if I was recording him which I had to prove I wasn't. They said the consumers right act doesn't apply if I bought the van for trade and that they won't be doing anything to help me out. I even asked to give the van back and add a 2-3k extra and get something newer and they said they don't want the van back. So now I've spent £330 on a full service, £150 on a fuel filter and £600 on getting the power steering fixed. All within 1 month of owning it. I was assured the van was in perfect working order and They told me I had 3 months warranty but said that NONE of this is covered in the warranty. Regret spending my hard earnt money there.

Went to buy a taxi, asked all questions does everything work properly. I was assured there was nothing wrong that everything works as it should. So I put down £500 dep. Due to being miles away. He kept the taxi for around 10 days due to Xmas. Got there took it for a test drive needed like a ball joint and mostly electric steps didn’t work mouldy seats due to window left open. Didn’t say dep was not refundable.best I could get was £100 off the price. Salesman was as usual salesman talk.decided not to go ahead and buy. Will not be using these guys again. Due to passing the blame on this and that.

We brought at van from DM Vans over 3 weeks ago. It was a Ford Transit Custom 18 plate in black. The van was in such good condition. The customer service was impeccable. Billy was so lovely and he reassured us throughout. Honest trustworthy people. Thank you for everything if we ever need another van we know where we would go. Highly recommended

DM Vans, Chesham Trade Center and Karzltd are all the same people who run all three sites. The awful reviews you see here are our experience, too. My son-in-law bought a van that lasted about two weeks. When he took it in for repair, there was a gasket missing and a bit of goop had been put in its place. When it blew out, oil leaked all over the alternator, wrecking it. When he bought it, he was promised a 3-month warranty. I was there and heard the promise. They refused to honour it. Once that £1000 repair was done, two weeks later it just died. We were told that the injectors had failed. We asked again about compensation and were told "No". Very unprofessional and do not back up the junk they sell.

Went to view a van told them 30 hours in advance and they said no problem booked in, drove 80 miles the van is nowhere to be seen asked staff told us to wait 2 minutes which turned into 30 minutes, no sign of the man or the van this company should be more truthful about the vans and timings as this just wasted my time and money I highly recommend you DONT use this company and AVOID it.

I had an excellent experience with DM vans.
Apart from a great deal on a Nissan e-nv200 I really enjoyed the customer service.
There was clear, friendly communication through out the various stages of the transaction with all members of staff being able to provide satisfying answers to my various queries.
I would be most happy to purchase my next van from DM vans. Thoroughly recommended!!

Went there today 02/03/22 to see a barbarian.
Appointment was for 4 pm, however sat nav took us to the post code on website ( which is no where near ).
Rang the mobile number as others don’t seem to work and spoke to whoever answerd.
Told them stuck in traffic and will be a little late but will be there.
Eventually found the place. Which is not on the actual road it says it was on, met by a young lad who was locking up and telling us they were closed, we explained that we just spoke to someone and they apparently had moved the vehicle to another site.
Said we got stuck in traffic, his response was “ that’s your fault”
I would not recommend buying from here and I will be posting this elsewhere,
Use caution with these people.

Personally I found the service, price and quality of my Vauxhall Vivaro brilliant I would certainly recommend in fact my cousin is already in talks with them about his van.

Great staff and selection of vans available

If you intend to buy a used van, you ought to get guidance on what to look for. Do research before choosing and inspect carefully. I know pretty well what is likely to represent good value and that is what I got at Dmvans. Vans are tools and not all tools are looked after. Abuse may not be obvious but expect it to have happened. I found the service at Dmvans, friendly and helpful and my purchase is everything I hoped for.

Do not buy from dm vans unless you have a good mechanic. I got a van from them on the 27th, they claim they don't have to sell it with warranty. So I had to pay them £200 for just 3 months. Talk about con. They day after I got the van the 28th the van started to shudder in first gear. I was advised by a mechanic that the clutch is on its way out. 5he van is over one hundred thousand miles and no evidence the cam belt as been done. I've been advised to seek legal advice. I phone them up to talk about the problem and the guy I spoke to was rude. He had the cheek to acuse me of been rude. They have no idea about customer service my recommendation is find another van dealer. 15 November more problems with the van. Its now in a garage, battery is dead. In the battery housing its all curuded. My lost in earnings is now going up. Phoned them up again the man is not willing to talk to me, claiming I was rule (I was not) my mother load me the money to get this van for my business and now not two month later and itz of road. The back door won't open. I can't believe this is allow to go on. I'm take photos of everything because at this point I'm told I have a good case for legal action. Once more I warn you all. DO NOT BUY FROM DM VANS. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE. I plan to email and right letter to them. If nothing get sorted I have no choice but to go legal, including claiming for a lost of earning.
Or perhaps they will see the lights and sort out these problems I would be happy to then review this statement.
