I cannot express my gratitude enough to Zack and his team at DNA Autocare for the work they did on my car. I arrived at work and my boss pointed out i had a rather heavy oil leak. I work 45mins away from home so you can imagine the stress of realising my dipstick was empty. I came across the workshop in hope of buying a load of oil to get me home (stop and top up chaos). Explaining my not so great plan to Zack, he advised this was a bad idea. He offered to look at my car and at least check if it was safe enough to drive the distance. I brought my car to him and left it, he called me not long after with a diagnosis (THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BETTER!), Zack said he could fix it and have it ready for me to drive home that very day. Walk in repairs are a myth and although their workshop was jam packed, Zack and his team managed to squeeze me in. I could not recommend them enough. A massive THANK YOU to Zack and the team. You have no idea how grateful i am. I wish you and your business all the success and more.

I wanted to get my brake pads changed before driving to France. Zac picked up the car on time and called to say he had heard knocking (I had got used to the noise 😬) and found the drivers drive shaft was moving. I explained we had a ferry lunchtime the next day and he managed to get the part and change it that day. The drive shaft was critical when it came out. Zac was really polite and explained everything calmly. Really grateful for fantastic service and saving out holiday !

I have used this company a few times now for anything between MOT service, cam belt replacement, always friendly and not to badly priced, small problem with a dodgy fuel filter but this was a manufacturing error not their and as soon as the car had problems it went back and they got it sorted within the day and let me use the curtesy car so I didn't miss work. I have also turned up a few times with car worries and they taken a look straight away and then let me know if it was something to worry about or not and if it was they'd get me booked in pretty quick. I will continue to use this place for my always problematic car

I took my Skoda to DNA on a Monday as an emergency. Zac and his team quickly identified my overheating issue and repaired my Skoda in 2 days. Excellent service.
