Köpte en rc-bil från DN. Vid leverans upptäckte jag att det fattades ett fartreglage. Fick det skickat inom ett par dagar. Grym service och feedback på frågor. Blir nog fler köp härifrån.

Bra sortiment, priser och kundbemötande
Har beställt r/c-bilar och tillbehör vid några tillfällen och det har fungerat bra. Senast var någon vara slut och fick då telefonsamtal dagen efter order med information och förslag på ersättningsvara. Av de grejer jag beställt har butiken varit billigast.
Enda negativa var att det dröjde en gång att få svar från kundtjänst men det var i juletid. Alltid bäst att ringa om det är bråttom.
