The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent cafe. Well cared for and displayed extensive range of plants. Lots of opportunities to buy gits for anyone.

Only went in for a drink to use my club drinks reward. Service was quick & most staff were friendly.

For the second time in a fortnight we visited the excellent Trotters the Butchers counter. We obtained the quality meat we required and some Cornish style pasties a neighbour asked us to get. We went to the checkout to pay. On our last visit having only purchased meat (sausage meat, sausages, stewing steak and mince) we were asked for our Dobbies card which was swiped. Today I produced my Dobbies card to be told abruptly "we dont take that for meat" he followed that with "do you want a receipt". I queried his response which he repeated. I advised him that I would like a receipt which he gave me with a sarcastic comment of "have a nice day" and turned to serve his next victim.

The staff were helpful and friendly and there was a nice atmosphere in the shop. We joined the loyalty club and received our free coffees in the cafe which were delicious! The downside in the cafe was that there was a lovely Xmas display but there were no lights on it!

Enjoyed a lovely coffee in restaurant and an enjoyable look around the store at the Christmas items .

I had forgotten my Dobbies card. At the till they were still able to give me my points by taking details. Also said that if I forgot it again I could get details from till and still get my free drinks.

Always feel welcome staff are always helpful and restaurant is good value

Went shopping on my own & had my dog with me, but wanted to visit the café for a drink. A lady came up to me as I approached the café & directed me through to the dog's only indoor seated area, & said that someone would be over to take my order. Very prompt coming, sorted me with a drink and took payment.
Cafe and shopping experience very good, all staff i met were friendly, chatty and helpful.

Nuneaton. staff helpful, have knowledge of their department, and always smile when you ask a question. even thou they were very busy with the member's 25% off look after your staff you have the best

Dobbies Garden Centre has everything for the gardener, it’s restaurant produces high quality food and we can even do our Sainsbury shop there.

Nice ďepartment Store.
Very poor and restricted christmas goods display, unlike other garden centres in the area. We have yet to visit the Stapleton store to see if their Christmas stock is any better.
Dobbies have just changed from a Sainsburys franchise to Waitrose with a more restricted stock variety.

Disappointed that we couldn't find what we wanted, but that may have been caused by your renovations!
Fish & chip lunch wasn't too brilliant either.

When I entered the Atherstone store , I was approached by Wendy , a thoroughly nice and friendly person.
She convinced me that I should join the dobbies plus club.
Fantastic benefits are available by joining this great club
Wendy is a very knowledgeable person who's customer service skills are second to none, an asset to dobbies, I will be visiting the store more often
