We had a lovely time at dobbies garden centre. The staff were all very helpful.

Customer service was first class went out of their way to help us ,product we chose was and is perfect ,will definitely recommend Dobbies to friends and family ,will be back soon .

Who doesn’t like Dobbies?
We go there for plants, garden furniture, outdoor lights, and other gardening ‘stuff’? And there is nice homeware, kitchen equipment, and gifts…and books.
Don’t forget to visit the the food hall and the nice cafe/ restaurant.
Great parking and friendly, helpful staff provide the icing on the cake - their cakes are scrumptious too!

Good to browse in shop and garden. Staff friendly and approachable. Lots of choice in plants which seem good quality and healthy.

Easy access to the store! Still able to social distance if desired! Hand sanitizer on arrival and spray for trolleys! Easily found desired item and smoothly exited the checkout!

Braehead Dobbies brilliant choice, layout is very good they use the space very well. Quality of plants great and good offers, assistants seen watering everything and we’re on hand to help, very polite and said hello. I have rated 5/5 because the store deserves it. Garden centre very clean and tidy inside and staff also very helpful and polite. Guaranteed to find what your looking for. Worth a visit even for a gift, selection inside great.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The girl named Cat (I think) was very good, she encouraged me to buy the club card which cost £12 per annum and we saved £80 on our shopping. We shop in Dobbies a lot and this card will be fantastic for us. When we got home our Parasol heater was not working, we took it back the next morning and once again Cat served us, she was very professional, apologetic (not her fault it wasn't working) and exchanged the heater with no problem. She is an asset to your store and we hope she gets recognised for her hard work and clearly thelove for her job. The full store had a happy atmosphere, the staff all seemed really happy and willing to help.

Catriona and Elizabeth provided excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service. They were patient with us (and our young kids) as we chose, discussed and purchased our garden furniture. They are a credit to Dobbies and you are lucky to have them :-)

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable (Catriona especially). Advice and service was excellent. Stock was not available and ordering was made simple and sorted quickly.

Went in for plant cover. Received invaluable information from one of the staff who went out of his way to help us.

Cat was very helpful and knowledgeable of the garden furniture that we were interested in buying. She wasn’t pushy and told us of the benefits of each set and left us to make a decision. She went to help another customer and came back to see if we needed anymore information. The order and checkout was done quickly. She explained that I would get an email to arrange a delivery date. I received this soon after and arranged a date. Very happy with the service we received from Cat at Braehead

As always, I find Dobbies a very overpriced experience. I sometimes look, but rarely buy. I can always find better choices and far more reasonable prices elsewhere. It’s a pity there isn’t more large-scale competition for them here in Glasgow/Scotland. That would surely help to sharpen up their act !

Went to restaurant and had a nice lunch then went for a walk about. Picked up a garden ornament which was 4.99. Went to till and operator put it through at 8.99 (I had picked the one without a price on it). I only noticed the difference after I'd paid. When I asked the operator all she said was that was what the barcode scanned at. There was no help what so ever, she didn't care. Basically said that everthing has gone up and the one i picked was new stock and the price had not been removed from the other ornament!! My friend went up and got the other identical ornament priced at 4.99 which we showed to the till operator, she then gave me back 4.00! I'm a regular visitor to this garden centre and staff are usually very helpful. I was really disappointed by the service at the till today and will avoid this operator in the future, as her attitude was disgusting.
