Good atmosphere in the garden centre however the liquidplant food bought must be old stock as it contains solids that will not dissolve. The restaurant only had 9 tables occupied but the rest of them were covered in used crockery etc and there was no one around to clear the tables. I had to remove items from a table in order for us to sit down.

Every time we come here, we happen to get served by the girl with the brown hair, and wears a cloth mask, and she is the loveliest person ever. I always get her name, then forget it when I come to write a review.
I hope Dobbies see this and know who she is to thank her for us!

Easily found what we were looking for and staff were friendly and efficient.

Everything was quick and efficient. Good selection of plants etc. The restaurant is always clean and the customer service friendly.

My husband and I decided to have tea and cake in the restaurant at Dobbies, Gailey, nr Wolverhampton. We found that around 80% of the tables were unoccupied but hadn't been cleared of dirty crockery for quite sometime. We had to clear our own table, along with other customers, before we could enjoy our refreshments.
We feel this really let Dobbies down as this is not the first time we have experienced this at the branch.

Couldn’t get pot I required. Bought some reduced plants.
Had drink in restaurant after clearing a table. All tables full of used crockery/trays!

Excellent service, staff always happy to help and assist if needed.

Once again a disappointing visit to the cafe. Despite your extensive advertising for 2-for-1 fresh cream scones after 2pm, there were none at 3.30. I have been at 2.10pm before and there were not any then either. It is an after school treat for my grandchildren which is very special to us all. It costs me £3.75 for each of them to have a scone with a pot of jam and a small plastic pot of clotted cream. I am a pensioner and this is a costly exercise.why can’t you make more of the 2-for-1 offer available to honour your advertising ? It is a very poor show. I must say though that your restaurant staff are excellent.

Always enjoy a trip to Dobbies. Is a treat day out. Lunch in the restaurant and a good look round. Good coffee!

Let me say, I love Dobbies with its fab restaurant and easy access for my disabled father, but I’m disappointed that the flowers and garden centre are just too expensive. I bought a camellia that was reduced in price and that’s it. I’m afraid I’ll be buying my plants elsewhere.

Great choice of plants with good prices, great discounts with our Dobbies card.
Great butchers discounts if you go towards the end if the day

Dobbies is a regular garden centre of choice.
Good garden choice as well as homeware and good restaurant facilities. The reward card is very beneficial too.

Not that impressed. No staff about to ask anything. Other garden centres have more stock.
