So, they send you vouchers in the amount you spend, but won't actually allowed you to spend those vouchers on their website site

I asked for a Viennese whirl that was on the counter. I was told I could not have it as it was meant for the next day. I was not allowed to have the cake.
I go to the cafe on a Friday to meet up with a friend but even at 3:30 they have closed most of the cafe and are cleaning around us. The cafe very often closes early and is of a much lower standard than other Dobbies-why should we be served cheap food in Northampton when there are much better Dobbies elsewhere?

I visited Dobbies , Wootton , to buy a house plant . Not sure how to look after the one I liked , I asked a lady called Laura , who worked there , if she could advise me . She was so very helpful , explaining that the plant needed sunshine and how often to water it . Thankyou Laura for you smile and help !

We use the cafe quite a lot when we visit the garden centre . I took my friend there today for coffee and cake . I ordered 2 coffees and 2 scones with jam and cream as it’s advertised 2 for 1 on a picture on the wall . She informed me that the ones in the fridge were the ones in the deal. I said it’s ok we will have fresh ones she gave us the exact ones as on the picture only difference was they were not made up we put the cream and jam on ourselves . All I said was the ones in the fridge look different to the ones in the picture .
Her exact words were Well I Didn’t take the picture! her attitude was really bad towards me for no reason !
The scone and coffee was lovely though 👍

Long queue for coffee, then my order was cancelled for some reason and had to chase up. Nice choice of flowers and plants which I love.

It’s a necessary summer time store, without it our garden would be a pitiful site when we go outside to relax in the garden.

We always enjoy visiting Dobbiies, great restaurant and good selection of items to buy

Dobbies is a great place to visit. You can spend a day there, browsing and having lunch. Wonderful selection of plants at this time of year! Also, they have the different concessions, which are always good to shop in. We have Clubcards, so can have free drinks each month too.

It was a promtu visit for a coffee and cake with our son. Love the Northampton store. Staff are great and helpful.

Wow what a truly welcoming and wonderful restaurant with friendly helpful staff and delicious food. We were served by the lovely Kelly today who was very professional and happy in her work friendly too. Our meals were very tasty and cooked to perfection, our compliments to the chefs. Also I would like to mention two lively ladies Danielle and Julie who always recognise us upon every visit they always go that extra mile to have a friendly chat with us both they really make us welcome snd ask if everything is ok. It’s so lovely that these ladies are always happy and friendly and most of all welcoming…such a great team. A huge thank you to Adam too as their manager who obviously takes the time to train all his staff efficiently. A truly wonderful experience we received today Wednesday 17/4/24 we whole heartedly would like to commend the team and would like to say they deserve an employee of the month award for their dedication. Thank you so much for making our day a special one.

I managed to get everything I needed in one trip, and took time out in the restaurant for a delicious sandwich and coffee.

We have a Dobbies loyalty card 👍a couple of free coffees each month and cake and a hot drink on your birthday 🎂😊
