Great selection of plants. Always spend more than I planned to.

Plenty of choice. Help when needed. Staff as friendly as always.

Lovely lady behind the counter serving the cakes. All other staff friendly and cheerful. Cakes and coffees were lovely. The only thing letting the store down is the tired looking ladies toilet...especially the rusty radiator.

The café and checkout staff were on the whole friendly as usual. The fish area staff need to improve their customer service skills. Whe there was a spillage of water on the floor recently a female member of staff said" Can I help you?" to my wife. It should have been cleaned up. It wasn't my wife's fault if there was a spillage.
The garden staff are still pretty grim. There's an older blonde lady who's helpful. The rest seem to tolerate the customers at best. Service with a scowl.

Love looking in and around Dobbies. My one concern is how some of the plants are left. Uncared for and unwatered. Your sale plants are still quite expensive meaning the majority are left unsold. Surely it’d be better to reduce them to a realistic price, which in turn means more sale plants are sold. But. I do love a visit to Dobbies

I was invited to sign up for a dobbies card and went through the whole process only to be told apple pay couldn’t be used to pay it!

Was in this morning with my elderly mum in her wheelchair for brekky and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The young lady on the hot drinks and till was especially helpful and caring and did a beautiful heart design on mums latté much to her delight. Thanku

Visiting local Dobbies store for monthly coffee and browse the store and plants. Staff were very good and helpful.

Stopped off here for an afternoon break. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Ordered a cream scone, and discovered that they were, a buy one, get one free. Absolutely beautiful scone. Plenty of tables to sit at, and dining area was spotless.

We visited the restaurant and was pleased with the selection on offer. The young lady at the cash desk was very upbeat, happy and polite. Unfortunately, on leaving the restaurant we had to avoid several lumps of dog mess. This was reported to the above mentioned cashier and she assured us that it would be cleared ASAP. This was cleaned almost immediately. We'll done Dobbies. Shame on you dog owner!

Very great service and very helpful members of staff that we encountered while shopping

I’m afraid the tills weren’t working properly and it was very slow to check out. Not the fault of the staff on duty but they did not seem to have much support or a work around.

The staff at the restaurant were so courteous and polite.
Very professional at same time, as were the staff in the store .

Service as usual first class
