Smaller than other ones I’ve visited. Very disorganised store. Eg Waitrose frozen food display unit had boxed items say 10 or 20 meals still in cardboard box for transit just thrown in on to of older stock. Plenty of half empty shelves around garden and shop areas and many plants looking rather less than thriving. Distinct lack of pricing on many items. Add in 2 slices of cake a cup of tea and a cappuccino over £14 we won’t be back here.

The staff are excellent
However the food needs improvement

We do enjoy a trip to Dobbies but notice that their focus seems to change every few months so that going because they stocked a particular range is risky because they’ll have swapped to another direction

Good range of quality products, easy to access

I love the benefits of the Dobbies Club Plus membership, especially the two free hot drinks each month and the birthday treat. Since it's on my school run route, I sometimes take my children to the café for treats. The breakfast is reasonably priced. While most of the staff are very nice, one staff member could be more pleasant and friendly to make customers feel more welcome.

Staff always helpful and pleasant meet up with a friend twice a month very relaxing and plenty to browse

It had what I needed. The staff were friendly but the shop had dark corners and things were not totally clearly organised

Polite, friendly and helpful staff… good selections of gardening products and plants that look wonderfully healthy… the restaurant is good and a reasonable variety of food… it feels great to have Waitrose present too.. Thank you..

We visited Stratford today for afternoon tea and the planting experience. The food was fresh and delicious and the variety of plants to choose from was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend the garden centre and will be keeping an eye out for future events.

Only went because my eldest wanted a new plant for her room. We ended up having something to eat, and I bought more plants in the sale!
I love a good garden centre and the staff at Stratford are lovely. ☺️
