Ordered a plant 7 days ago and still waiting to be notified about when it will be dispatched and when I will receive it.
It's a gift for a friend, had I known it would take so long I wouldn't have ordered it.

Wrong plants received.
Ordered 5 perennials, when they arrived two of them were wrong plants. Emailed Dobies, they replied swiftly & will be sending me correct plants, & couldn't apologise enough. Good customer service, well done!!

The mandevilla was delivered promptly and in good shape. The plant has been potted on and is thriving, but......I ordered a bloom bells pink and now the flowers have opened they are white!
