I had no access despite multiple deposits, until 𝐆ʀεʏØx~Hυbѕ intervened and recovered everything for me.

I called DOBI to help me with a claim that I was denied by Franklin Mutual Insurance Company. Dobi denied me by what Franklin Mutual said. No proof or evidence just FMI accusations. How can DOBI not get evidence and why did Dobi ignore 5 different professional licensed contractors statements that FMI accusations was false.It was a Home Depot installer, 3 different plumbers from different companies, a professional licensed mold remover who all said FMI accusations was false.Dobi believed what Franklin Mutual said and ignored the 5 contractors statements. FMI even got all the contractors statements and still denied me.Every accusation that FMI said was not true from the 5 contractors.I asked FMI to show me proof with photos and they said no. I begged the adjuster from FMI to come to my home on a rainy day to confirm no water leak.. There was no response. The CEO from a professional mold remover asked for FMI to call her, she said they never call. I emailed Dobi the 5 contractors statements saying FMI accusations was false and they still denied me help. I emailed and called the agent and the supervisor at Dobi and I got no return call. I even called the senator. They sent DOBI emails and they still never call. Dobi decided to trust FMI from one adjuster vs. 5 professional licensed contractors statements who all do not know one another. I am an elderly widow who pays my home insurance faithfully for over 36 years to protect my home so I will always have a place to live . I NEVER had a major problem at my home. I lost everything in my basement except my dryer.I will never give up. DOBI did not help me like they should.The investigator they gave me did not help me.. I did all the work. He never call unless I called. He there just to send my information to FMI that I sent to him to email FMI. The supervisor NEVER called or respond back. I emailed him and called 3times. No response.The senator secretary emailed Dobi twice still no response. How can you have witnesses and still be on FMI side when they have no evidence. I can’t get my claim approved for a water leaked in my basement that caused a flood and mold which I never had before. Franklin Mutual first denied me saying I had water from outside in the past coming in my basement which was not true. They had no evidence to show me.Then FMI said next they saw yellow stain by window and I had old mold which is not true. Then next they said I had old mold. I went to the hospital 3 times after the hot water leak that caused mold. I have a serious allergy from mold. It’s so bad I was prescribed an EpiPen and I had to move out my home. I can die if I live in mold. So proof there.I could not had old mold because I could not live in a home with mold. Dobi ignored 5 different license professional contractors vs one adjuster accusations with no evidence.

I am not able to withdraw a single cent from them. First, they told me to pay 30% deposit to verify that the account is mine. After I deposited, and tried to make a withdrawal, this time was told to pay a security deposit because I was first time user. They come up with all sorts of rules and regulations and say this is the requirement of the platform. They are not consistent with their request and it keeps changing each time. Their rules and regulations of withdrawal are not stated anywhere on the platform. They have stopped responding to my emails, probably because I was asking too many questions. Can you blame me? Can anybody help?

Stay away. Not working properly. Transactions are not processed. Still waiting for transfer.

No problem using it except for sometimes abit slow on the withdrawal. I'm not sure caused by network or what.
Previously my Poloniex account got hacked and sent several email they responded me after 1 months.
But Dobi admin give me good impression as response and solved quite fast on somebody attempting to login my account

I do not recommend anyone to use Dobi exchange. Their customer service is poor, their official telegram chat is filled with scammers pretending to help, but, the truth is, they are all scammers making use of the situation. Response from actual admins weren't any good either, they gave contradicting information. They even blocked/ banned you, whenever you mentioned RET. Dobi claimed to be a reputable and safe platform, however, I highly doubt so. They facilitated the IEO of questionable tokens such as RET, they announced that it will be listed on Dobi on the 22 Sept, but, they retracted that announcement without informing anyone. I have been wondering, what is it that they are hiding if both Dobi and RET claimed to be conducting legit businesses. They can't answer to any of our inquiries, they don't even disclose the members, contact information and physical address of RET. How can I believe that, Dobi is not RET? Worst, they even tried to push their responsibilities by instructing RET investors to withdraw to an unheard platform (Fullbit.io), which one of their admins said it was unreliable. At this point, all I can say is, let the law decide whether you are what you claimed to be.

Wish there was a zero star but there isn't. Dobi listed RET and I invested 6000 cad into it, only to find out after a system update, the RET was delisted from their platform.

Contacted Dobi customer support and they said they never listed it, instead, talk to the RET development team. Of course, no one wants to take the blame and no one is there to help those victimized!!! RET being real or not, Dobi allowed it to be on their trading platform and should be negligible for listing it!

We have been hundreds investors to buy RET coin in DOBI platform, the coin rise up to 1$, then DOBI unlisted the RET while its value suddenly 0. few weeks later, DOBI announce us that we have to withdraw our RET to another platform (fullbit.io), here the RET values 0.02$. We think this is a big scam.

Scam exchange - marketed RET coins and later removed secretly without prior notice to investor the intention of doing so

We have some evidence that suggests they colluded with RET project members to cheat funds probably more than usd 3 million in total

They seem to be organised crime to me. Just do your research what they've done to RET.

First off all there customer services is a total sham
There customer chat rooms there are fake admin asking to send moor coins to addresses to help you sort out the problems faster
It's funny they dont get kicked out but we do for complaning

I invested 1000 euro for i think a fake project. They delisted the Project and All the money disappear! They promised to refund but they took like 25 milions dollars. Untill today NO REFUND. I have all the screens about what im telling. I hope
Police will talk with us or they will check them.

RET\USDT is a scam, Admins doesn't answer customer with directly. Gives all sort of excuses when being questioned like directing you to scammer email, other admins, wait for notification, wait for news and etc.

This company lists fake coins, uses girls on Wechat and Tinder to convince guys to invest, and then delists the coin. The charts were either manipulated or simply fake. All investors lost their money. Avoid this company.
