Con artists, don’t buy from them.
I ordered nearly £400 worth of equipment which has never arrived after 6 months!
They claim they are based in the UK, but basically they are a Chinese firm and all goods ship (or not) from China.
After weeks of being told by customer service that the goods would eventually arrive, they never did and now Doocall have gone dark.
They knew what they were doing, as after so many weeks, the bank won’t authorise a charge back, to they simply hang it out until they no longer have to refund you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We placed an order via the web in November, chased and chased delivery. Only to be told not yet dispatched. Chased again only to be told all orders in November and December were cancelled and we should receive a refund, so please place a new order. At this point we realised we had been scammed. Looked on companies house and seems there are at least 10 companies registered at the same address. Trading standards please take note!
Don't buy. You will loose your money.
Order placed and paid for on 21st December. Order confirmation received same day. Order update on the 24th, delay in processing orders due to large demand.
I emailed Sales and Info at docall, but neither emails arrived. Phoned and got no reply.
Having read previous reviews, I can see that I will not be receiving my booster.
OFCOM COMPLIANCY
I asked the company if their Boosters are legally OFCOM compliant in the UK. They totally refuse to answer the question so i can only assume not. BE CAREFUL AS IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE to use equipment in the UK that isn't approved!!!!

SCAM SITE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Order: ~10000020629
I purchased from this site on 23/11/2023, waited 2 weeks for dispatch, after numerous chasing by phone and email was constantly ignored and finally told my item will be dispatched, then a week later told it was cancelled, now iv been chasing for a refund only to get ignored again - out of pocket by £265! will never be using this site again - please be aware this is a scam site! the worst experience iv ever had when making a purchase!!
Poor product, bad communication, 'money back guarantee' is a lie
I was assured the product would be delivered within 8-10 working days (the delivery time was important to me) - in the end it took a month to arrive. When it finally arrived, it looked like a typical chinease product of dubious quality and it did not provide the expected boost. I have packed it back into the box and returned it within 14 days as instructed. I have been chasing the company for last 4 months for refund, still didn't get my money back
Goods paid for not recieved
Paid for good nothing received, just say they a busy with orders despite saying delivery within 5 days. Seems other are having similar issues beware
Does not do as their website states
Slow delivery (over a month, because the unit was shipped from China)
No assistance setting the unit up, Many phone calls made, but no answer.
Slow email response.
My unit does not work as they say.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
The 30-day money-back guarantee is a lie
The 30-day money-back guarantee is a lie.
I bought the booster as I felt reassured that I could return it if I was unhappy with it. It was a significant investment so the 30-day money-back guarantee was reassuring to me.
However, when I tried to return the item 21 days after delivery, they refused to refund it, saying it had passed their 14-day deadline for returns. When I asked how a 30-day money-back guarantee works with a 14-day deadline, they ignored my emails.
I’ve finally got the money back from my bank, but this company wasted a lot of my time.
Other lies on the website:
It is not an ‘easy setup’ at all. You need to drill a hole in your wall for the outside antenna and then run the cable inside your wall to the inside antenna, separating the two antennae by at least 10-20 metres. So you have to have some knowledge of DIY involving drilling and running and covering cables, or you need to pay someone else to do it for you.
‘24/7 support’ – not true! I called several times only to be met by an answering machine saying they would get back to me, but no option to leave my number. They also ignored my emails requesting a refund, so any attempt at communication was a farce.
‘Five bar signal guarantee’ – not true. We followed all the instructions and although the signal improved to 2 bars, it never achieved 5 bars.
You also need to be aware that although the website shows a London address, this product comes from somewhere in the Far East, probably China. It took 5 weeks to arrive.
Total waste of time.
Extremely bad communication
Paid over £600 on 2 Nov, no product, no communication, complaint tickets closed automatically without any response. They rang back today after my 3rd chase phone call saying they will look into it.
Scammers! Court proceedings
Scammed me out of 335 pounds and havnt heard nothing from them. I will be starting court proceedings

I've ordered a booster. Paid online. Received the mail about they did get the order but not about the shipment. Then I was waiting 2 weeks even though I really needed. Nothing! I called them, no answer. Sent e-mail, no answer. Called them next day then they told me, it is out of stock. Takes 6-8 days to deliver. Been waiting. Nothing. No answers again. Finaly I've reached someone on phone. He said that he needs to check delivery status. No answer that day. Today they sent me a message that is already shipped so I need to pickup and send it back, cos they're unable to cancel the order anymore. I contacted Fedex to not to deliver it. I'll be we will end up on court with them!
Bad customer communication
I have been waiting for 3 weeks and it's very hard to get a response from these people. They keep telling me that I'm in a priority queue! I have now cancelled the order and asked for my money back but not holing out much hope as they are rubbish at responding. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE
We had 1 bar of cell signal
We had 1 bar of cell signal outside of our house and no signal at all inside... After buying their call booster we now have 3-4 bars in our basement! That's how good their product is and if this doesn't convince you then nothing will.
