Four pair of Chinos ordered 6 months ago and EVERY SINGLE PAIR are now in the trash. Tears, frays, and we could even poke our fingers through the fabric with minimal pressure. They’ve lost their way for sure. Never again.

I have a pair of Dockers sandals that I wear occasionally. Recently I noticed that sole started to dis-attaching from sandal. I glue one area, but immediately sole started falling off in another. With very light use these sandals are falling apart, but the most interesting discovery is that Dockers brand is cheating us: sole stitches are absolutely fake, not stitching anything. It's purely decorative = fake. (Many of us choosing shoes with sole stitching for extra durability and longevity).

I’ve had two orders cancelled now for no reason. Not going to waste anymore time on these folks. Meyer trousers better anyhow.

Bought some dockers dress shoes at a shoe store, and after about 4-6 months of wear, they started to completely deteriorate. I would not recommend getting docker's shoes to anyone, unless you're specifically looking for a low quality shoe. The Insole has completely deteriorated, and the upper has almost completely detached from the sole, separating from the sole at multiple places. I have not used the shoes for crazy stuff either. I just wear them to work. They did look okay when they were new, pretty fashionable, but not worth the money if I have to buy new shoes every six months. Do better Dockers these shoes suck

Concerned that labels are now being sewn on and are difficult to remove without damaging the pants

I was asked to send my item back at my own cost and was told they‘d refund the shipping fee. Despite several messages to Dockers, they never refunded me.

I recently bought a pair of chinos for my husband’s birthday and I received them on time and I was really happy, so I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I bought a pair of Dockers casual shoes thinking that they would last quite a while. I've never purchased their shoes before so I thought that I would give it a try. The shoes literally lasted me less than a month before showing signs of dismantling. Now after two months of wearing these shoes I have to literally throw them away because they are falling apart. I expected this from a cheap Chinese brand but not from Dockers. Total waste of money. Will never buy again!

They are scammers, stay away from them. Ordered a jacket on Thursday morning and paid $32 extra for next day delivery but the package arrived will arrive on Monday. Don’t trust them anymore. Worst customer service ever.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Trying to get a refund which is taking way too long. Far longer than many many other companies. Their customer service is awful. You get pushed from one person to another and still no one has answered my query. Taking days to respond. They are quick enough to take your money......

They are selling utter crap. Bought giga high cognac work boots and they suck. Design error. Dockers has turned into a sh#tty brand with sh#tty products. They lost a customer!

The chinos are great but the delivery service from them is way too long. Took over a week from order which was longer than the suggested time I ordered them for a weekend away and haven’t turned up. Considering Amazon can process 1million times the order quantities and get it delivered to your door the next day it’s not the service I’ve become accustomed to. Needs to speed up considerably.

Recently ordered pants,
When I opened the box and looked at the pants there was dost on it, very careless, I believe it was dropped on the floor and it was put back in the box.
That calls careless handling

Ordered 3 pairs of chinos, got an email informing me that they would be delivered and dispatched on 24/07/23 tracking number shows they hadn't been dispatched from warehouse, contacted customer services, nothing no response or explanation so emailed again and asked to cancel order, within 5 minutes get an email saying order had been cancelled! still no contact form customer services or explanation, obviously just happy to cancel orders at the drop of a hat and I thought this was a global company, obviously got that wrong..........

Bought a pair of their sandals recently. They're the most comfortable things I've worn in a long time.

I bought a pair of sneakers for my 10-year-old son. After the first laundry in cold water, these sneakers became dead. Really? The glue quality is so ugly. I wish I had known it before I bought this piece of crap. I'm used to using sketchers, and I haven't faced such a problem ever. I'll never buy any things from this brand in the future.

Purchased a pair of shorts. 10% discount and free shipping.
Not delivered on time.
I returned the shorts as I didn’t like the style and the material appeared faulty on a rear panel. After a week I had not heard anything so I sent an email. The reply acknowledged receipt but it could be a further 10 days before being processed. I eventually received an email stating that I was getting a full refund, however it would appear that the cost of postage was deducted from the refund ( even though it was supposed to be free for delivery and returns). I have sent 2 emails asking for an explanation and I have not had a response. Very poor, I will not be using them again.

Bought a pair of chinos on from eu.dockers.com and returned them with the included return label because they didn't fit.
They deducted 5.99€ from my refund as shipping but this is not written anywhere in their EU website.
