Did not accept returns even though it was under a week. I even offered to resell it to them at half the price I bought them for. Cheap knockoff chairs. Got totally scammed!

Found a chair I liked online so messaged to confirm availability and arrange collection. Very speedy response offering to reserve one for me until I could collect a week or so later. Arrived to collect and the last chair had already been brought to the front for me to inspect. All in very good condition, as advertised. Even carried it to the car for me. 10/10

Rude employees, such as Sam Cressey. He didn’t know how to make appointments at all.
They use affiliated builders who charge £240 per first visit.

Exactly what I needed, decent price.

I ordered 2 x office cabinets however they would not fit through the corridor, even-though the driver measured prior to delivery.

I contacted Docklands furniture for a smaller option or my money back, they told me that there was no smaller cabinets in stock and there was a no refund policy. So now I have to buy something using £350 or I risk losing it within the next couple of months.

This really should not be allowed. it's unethical and wrong.
