How this company uses Trustpilot

We joined Doctify after being told that a home care section was planned, although they took our money before it was set up. When this was eventually added, it is heavily focused on individual practitioners rather than companies providing home care services.
Searching for our company in different formats did not bring up our profile, which meant potential clients could not easily find us. The platform generated no measurable leads, and there was little oversight or evidence that it could act as a viable lead generator for our business.
When we raised these concerns, we were told the account could not be closed early, despite the service not meeting expectations.
In our experience, Doctify does not yet appear ready for organisations like ours, and we would not recommend it for lead generation in the home care sector at this time.

I'm so glad we have chosen Dr. Lilan Bhat for this cataract surgery of my husband last 28 June. We truly appreciate her expertise and kindness.
My husband was nervous before the surgery, but her confidence and clear explanations made him feel so much better. Thank you for everything.
Dr. Lilan done and excellent job along with the nurses, calm, friendly and professional. It's made a huge difference.

On Tuesday 10th June I had a bilateral blepharoplasty under the care of Ms Tina Palmar at the Opthalmology Dept of the Royal Gwent Hospital. The operation went well and has improved my eyes significantly.
Throughout the process I found Ms Palmar to be considerate ,caring and reassuring. Her manner put me at ease and throughout she explained what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Doctify checks the validity of posts by requiring proof of an appointment with a doctor, this ensures posts are genuine and therefore adds confidence that reviews are relevant and appropriate.

I was dreading having cataract surgery, but the experience was remarkably free of pain or discomfort. I am most impressed with Optegra and Mr Saruban Pasu

I submitted a balanced and factual negative review, written politely and based on my genuine experience - it would have been very helpful for other patients to read before booking with a doctor who is not great. Doctify chose not to publish it. What’s the point of a review platform if it filters out constructive feedback that could help other patients make informed decisions?

There’s absolutely no point to Doctify. They only post reviews they cherry pick. They don’t respond to emails and don’t answer the phone.

Everything was fully explained to me and everyone was very friendly. All very painless.

Mr Kiran Singisetti of Nuffield Hospital Jesmond Newcastle upon tyne performed a full knee replacement on me and I have to say, he was the most informative surgeon and put me at ease before and after operation. He has the most loveliest bedside manner and has time to sit and listen to you. The scaring from the surgery is excellent you would hardly believe I have a scar on my knee. His team around him are exceptional also. I would definitely recommend him to any person requiring surgery without hesitation. I look forward to having my other knee being done by Mr Singisetti capable hands.

So, if the "trust" page of Doctify is to be believed "Reviews that are simply classed as negative can’t be removed from the Doctify platform".
Its amazing therefore, that in the last 6 months I have been invited to leave Doctify reviews for a healthcare provider.
My reviews were negative, but not unduly harsh. I think the average score I gave was maybe 3 out of 5.
But guess what, the provider's Doctify page doesn't show either of my reviews.
Instead the provider's Doctify page only shows positive 4 or 5 star reviews from customers.
Makes me somewhat suspicious of Doctify claims that they actually publish negative reviews.

I am eternally grateful to Mr Raghav Dwivedi. When my mother required a parotidectomy, I undertook the decision with great care, and without hesitation, chose Raghav. As a plastic surgeon myself, I knew him to genuinely demonstrate the qualities that define exceptional surgical care; clinical skills, surgical precision, care and compassion.
The surgery itself was performed impeccably, both from an oncological clearance perspective and with particular care to protect the facial nerve branches. The healing and recovery has been excellent.
Raghav is meticulous. The fact that I chose him to operate on my own mother is the highest recommendation anyone can give.

Very helpful team, offering speedy and proactive and excellent service.
Have had a horrendous time with Doctify and would recommend that people have a good think before starting with them. Having expressed multiple times my wish to end my contract with them as I had not gotten anything from the service, I was having financial hardship and would be unable to continue, I was completely ignored! I tried to say that I understand if there was a cancellation fee but got no response from a series of emails I sent outlining my issues to date. They just continued to keep trying to take payment from me without addressing any concerns. Horrendously unprofessional company! In addition, anyone looking to cancel their service will find that there is nowhere on their website that will allow you to do this. It’s a scam if I’ve ever seen one!

Hi Samantha,
I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent demo sessions you've delivered. You were truly outstanding – clear, engaging, and incredibly professional throughout. You made everything easy to follow and tailored the demonstrations perfectly to our needs.
Your ability to explain things so clearly, while keeping it all practical and relevant, really stood out. It was a pleasure working with you, and I came away from the sessions feeling confident and well-informed.
Thanks again for your time, expertise, and all your support. It’s very much appreciated!
Best regards,
Hisham
