Not bad wouldn't buy again
Not a bad scooter but a lot of facts wrong about information advertised does not do 20 mph not even close and the range is not close to what they had said information about the scooter was rubbish to be honest for £400 really did feel a little miss lead would of rather got second hand one could of got 2 for 400

Customer service is immaculate thank you for that , the site it's self could use work I order the Kugoo 5 Sunday night/ Monday morning just after midnight which all seemed fine however something had gone wrong as I didn't receive a confirmation email so I phoned them Monday at midday to check and something had indeed gone awry but customer service person sorted it out as fast as possible and we had the scooter but Wednesday lunch time. Thanks again doctor scooter !
