The products really work. Love the creams in particular. I have been asked by many people what I have done different to my skin so I am really pleased with the result and will keep on using them. Can't wait to try more. My order came super quick too. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service!

My order placed on 18th August has not been sent it is the 1st September now. They ignore emails, and you have to chase them but they still do not reply to you, neither do they answer the phone!!
They seem to like taking your money but don't bother to send your items.
Shocking company. Never again will I buy from them.

marine collagen is amazing and order received within a few days of ordering with free gift and £10 off next order of £30 brilliant can not understand negative review at all

As an old person who is not as sharp as I used to be I thought this was what my wife used and I would get her a nice surprise. It described it just like the Elemis product but sad to say it isn't and I'm now stuck with a product I have no use for and is unwanted. It was my mistake but a costly one.
I think you should make it clearer it is not Elemis.

I cancelled all further Doctors Formula on 25th April 2024 so was extremely surprised to receive another parcel from you. I rang customer services on Friday 28th June and spoke to a very nice lady in customer services who agreed that future orders had been cancelled and she said she would e.mail a returns label.
I'm still waiting for it.

Good customer service, good quality product

I really like the Marine Collogen skincare range, and I have ordered the Radiance collection to try.

I also have been waiting for delivery and have emailed the company, but no reply or acknowledgemnet of my emails.
I am certainly not a troll, and will continue to purchase products, but maybe some customer service training is needed in the company.
You lost a star for non communication.

Products are good, but the customer service is shocking! The take forever to send out your order and do NOT answer email queries as to whether or not it has been shipped.
Such a shame as I like their creams, but the service you receive is terrible ie, it doesn't exist
If they don't improve somehow, they will lose me as a customer and my friends too.
