David was absolutely fantastic. He was super knowledgable, proactive, efficient and such a lovely person to have supporting us through the process! He was so responsive and would walk us through everything so thoroughly, taking the time to answer even the smallest of questions (in my opinion, he goes above and beyond!). Honestly couldn't recommend him enough!

As a brand new NHS GP partner, I was struggling to get a mortgage through mainstream brokers/lenders who were asking for months of paychecks which I didn’t have yet. We were at risk of losing out on our house purchase and things were getting stressful. I turned to Google and found David Marina at Doctors Mortgages: he was unbelievably helpful, proactive and efficient right from the get-go. Within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry he had secured us a mortgage in principle with no fuss whatsoever, and within 3 weeks everything was finalised and we exchanged on our purchase. Excellent communication and customer service throughout. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for doctors who are struggling to get a mortgage through other channels.

Bernard was excellent throughout the process. We were FTBs and my partner had just started as a junior doctor, and so we were unsure how this would affect our mortgage offers. We initially applied for a mortgage through another broker on October 24th, but by the end of November, we received an offer that fell far short of what we needed. It was an extremely difficult and disheartening experience, especially as our seller grew increasingly frustrated with the delay and threatened to put the house back on the market.

I was recommended David Marina from Doctors Mortgages when I asked other GPs about mortgage brokers, and heard he was fee free which was great. I am a newly qualified salaried GP but a first time buyer and the whole home buying process is an overwhelming concept altogether, especially as I never had to take a loan before. David was great in helping me secure a great mortgage deal compared to my google search initially, and also guiding me through the process such as recommending a solicitor, surveyors, as well home insurance and personal protection, which he passed my details onto to brokers (Safe and Secure for Home/contents, and Prime Protection for personal protection insurances) who deal with finding a good deal on those, which was very helpful. They were also fee free which was great, and did all the quote finding and application processes for me too.

David did all the mortgage applications for me, and also kept looking for lower rates throughout the house process even after the mortgage offer, which was great. Very responsive to emails and communication throughout.
