Good service and products as expected
As the only review here was negative I thought I'd throw my experience into the mix. Ordered a dog guard and bumper protector, got shipped the same day and arrived the next day. Can't complain, good service, fair price, timely delivery. Many thanks

Very poor customer service, with not even a suggestion of how they could help. no phone number available on website.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Unfortunately we can only use the images supplied to us by the manufacturer, but we do try and make clear in our product titles and descriptions, that you are only purchasing the divider and that you would need to also buy the dog guard.
Prior to despatching the divider, we did send you an email enquiring whether you had the appropriate guard for the divider and we received no response from you.
Hopefully you will give us a try again when you require a new dog guard and divider.
