Two Failed Units in Six Months and No Support

I purchased two different Dogtra e-collar models about six months ago, and both have had serious issues. One unit would randomly stop working and eventually died completely and wouldn’t charge at all. The second one has now started taking hours just to charge.

I followed Dogtra’s instructions and returned the first unit via registered mail in December. Since then, I’ve had to send multiple emails just to get basic updates. When I finally received a response, I was told they “don’t have it” and that they’re too busy with repairs to process incoming packages quickly. That is unacceptable for a company selling expensive equipment.

I’m extremely disappointed in both the product quality and the customer service. At this point, I’ve decided to purchase an e-collar from another brand rather than wait weeks—or longer—for Dogtra to address the issue.

Really bad experience

I bought an extra collar in August, and it arrived malfunctioning. They decided to repair it under warranty, even though I had purchased a new collar, not a repaired one, and it arrived working just as badly. I sent it back again, but I'm completely dissatisfied. In fact, I want a refund.
