Extremely dissatisfied with the service…

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and subsequent management response.I paid in full for a service that was ultimately not delivered. When I requested a refund for the unrendered services, my request was denied. Furthermore, the management became unprofessional, aggressive, and verbally hostile when handling my inquiry. I am left without the service I paid for and with no resolution from the business. Prospective customers should be aware of these billing and communication practices."
