their contact email does not even…

their contact email does not even freaking work. apparently their domain can't even be found and gmail keeps retrying to send my mail to their nonexistent support. again my order is stuck in the pending fulfillment bs despite it being in stock. they claim it ships in 1-2 business days, it's been 5 days and it's still stuck on "pending fulfillment". ???? what kind of business is this

Dokiwear is a great independent company…

Dokiwear is a great independent company that is producing a wonderful product. It's a niche market so finding quality products is tough. I purchased their V3 Mazo. It's great. Fits my hand well. A little tight around the wrist, but I can wear it for hours at a time with no discomfort. I have no complaints about the product itself, it's fantastic.

My biggest gripe is with their customer service, or lack thereof. I almost gave Dokiwear 1 star a week ago because after ordering I was stuck in pending fulfillment limbo. After reaching out to them via their email on their website, I received no responses. I still haven't received a response even after having the product delivered, but its clear they do read them, or at least I'm assuming they do. I sent a message requesting a refund for the extra money I spent on expedited shipping. I did receive that refund, but its not clear whether it was because of them reading the email or if it's standard practice on their part.

Overall, I've only ever heard positive things about them and that's the reason I wanted to get a glove from them. The product is great, there just isn't any communication, which left a kind of sour taste in my mouth. I hope they either place a disclaimer about this on their website or have some kind of automated replying service in the future by AI or something. I know it's not the biggest company and they might not necessarily get a lot of orders, but there needs to some transparency about the lack of communication.

Severe lack of customer service

tldr; They basically took my money and I am left without a glove because I had returned it to their facilities to have it exchanged.

I made a purchase on Feb. 19, 2024 and it arrived in a timely manner. I try out the glove to find that it's too tight and e-mail them on Feb. 24 about an exchange and waited for an e-mail confirmation or response. No response. I reply to and forward the details from the last e-mail on March 3. I was waiting for a response from them in case they needed more information from me. Since it did not seem like they were going to respond, I decided to mail back the glove on May 3rd. USPS showed it arrived at their front desk/mail room on May 6th. I assume I would get a new shipping e-mail from them soon.

It is May 13th and still no response. I e-mail them letting them know that my package should have already arrived at their facilities.

May 24th. I e-mail them with more detail about the package I had returned the glove in and that I would still like an exchange.

May 28th. I try e-mailing them with a different e-mail with my order details.

June 4th. I reply to and forward the e-mail from May 28th and let them know that I had mailed back the glove for an exchange and that it arrived on May 6th.

June 14th. I e-mailed them with feedback on their lack of response and once more requested an exchange and provided them with my order details.

Today is June 22 and I have not heard from them. I e-mailed them to request a refund with my order details.

After e-mailing them numerous times, I am unsure if it was my fault for not sending in the glove earlier, or if it was because I didn't mail it back in the plastic packaging with the shipping label attached to it. And, I feel that I will never know due to the lack of their response. Their returns & exchange page says that they will e-mail with instructions if a return is to be made. I e-mailed them for an exchange first and waited for a response before returning the item. They are quick to ship and deliver the product but severely lack customer service.

I hope you have time to waste and wait.

I paid for a glove they claimed to have in stock in January. Here we are in April, I have no glove. I never received a shipping notification. I would say that they’ve been responsive to most emails. I am not a first time customer. I have v1 v2 and I was trying to get a v3. Their gloves are quality, but the experience this last time felt more like catching aids from an expensive hooker. The second time was also a long process but nothing like this.

They claimed my order is probably lost due to new EU regulations, that were in effect for over 7 months when I paid. Anyways, they say I will see my refund, I did, and was immediately charged by them for the glove again.

Currently they say they are working on my refund again. If you can work with a couple of stoners running a business part time out of their grow operation in mom’s basement, this is your company. Otherwise, don’t fool yourself.

Customer service is non existentent.

(( UPDATE: After almost 3 weeks with no response i opened a claim through Paypal to get my return, not even 24hrs later i received an email back apologizing for delays and telling me the return was processed.

They told me they're experiencing delays with their customer service response times (there was absolutely no mention of this on their website) and that they're slowly working through the backlog of emails. ))

I ordered one of their v3 gloves but was sent a v2 glove instead. I already have that model of glove that I ordered in 2017/18 and was looking to upgrade it.

This is significant because the v3 glove has a wrist support that was the sole reason I purchased it, as I stated I already had one of their normal gloves and didn't need a second one.

It took 4 weeks for shipping and when i got it and realized it wasn't what I ordered i emailed them about a return that day.

I didn't receive a response after 4 days so I sent another email... A week goes by without a response so I forwarded the email again and sent another one. I still have yet to be contacted by customer service despite sending 4 different emails.

They have only one contact email, no designated return email, no contact #, nothing. They don't even have estimated response times listed, and while they do talk about delays due to COVID 19, they state on their website that it's for shipping/manufacturing ONLY.

I like their products but they're way too expensive for the complete lack of customer service or accountability. I recommend ordering via PayPal so you're covered by their buyers protection and can force a refund if need be.

V2 Black XL Left-hand

V2 Black XL Left-hand.
For the purpose of not randomly panning my art, zooming, hitting the undo button, and/or making stray marks all over the place, this does the job! I had become so paranoid about using Clip Studio on my iPad that I almost didn't want to use it anymore, but these Doki gloves eliminate ALL of that.

The fingers are too long for me, even though the widest part of my palm, as was the method recommended for sizing, suggested XL. I may order a L to see if I like it better, since I know the palm rejection works extremely well.

This glove does make my hand pretty hot, pretty quickly, though. And as I draw in between calls at work, the pinky and ring fingers are absolutely useless for typing. Thankfully, I type more numbers than letters and being left-handed, my right hand is free to use the 10-key pad without issue.

I want to give it a 5. If you're not juggline drawing with call center work, one of my issues will not apply to you, but they do get pretty hot, and the sizing wasn't quite accurate.

Bottom line - they work great for palm rejection/using on an iPad.

Unfortunately, I can't give 10 stars out of 5. Would though!

Bought a Mazo Black V1 Elite, and because of Covid, they were experiencing delays in shipping.. They posted about it on their website, apologizing for the delay, and yet my glove came without much delay at all.
It is true to size, *extremely* comfortable and MUCH better quality than I could have even hoped for!
10/5! Will recommend to *ANYONE* who use drawing screens / tablets!!
I LOVE mine!!!
