It was hard to find overnight parking in this area, but when I tried this place, they had space, and the staff was kind and courteous. When I picked my car up the next day, retrieval was quick, and the charge matched the posted rate... I highly recommend Dokk1 parkering!
Great parking garage! I was welcomed by a friendly attendant as soon as I pulled in. They take care of parking the car. No pre-payment. No app to go on. On my return, the car was parked close and ready for me. This garage was great!! It was a reasonable daily rate, an easy drop off and pick up, and they also gave me peace of mind during the day. Thank Dokk1 parkering!!

When it works its great. Quick and easy to use however, we used a debit card to park car but when you pay it only accepts credit card. Took us an hour to get car back after trying the Help button repeatedly. The lady we spoke to though tried her best to sort it out.
Had to wait 25 minutes for my car to be collected from the basement. I asked for money back on my ticket or a discount voucher and was not told that this was not possible. I asked the security guards to provide me with a written note verifying the delay. This they refused to do.
A complete, unacceptable shambles!
I was disappointed with your company service. As I was using so modern parking for the first time - I did not know how to use it . I was doing everything with your system instructions help: I parked the car corect, I inserted my credit card in your system and after as I saw on the screen I went and paid as usually and I could not see that my car had already come back...
As I unfortunately do not know enough good Danish language - I can not read warning about ticket and there are no normal explanations in steps how to use correct your parking .
So situation became really stupid - I parked normally, I paid 11dkk for 30 minutes, but when I came back - I was really disappointed, as my car was blocked, I should pay wrong ticket 750 dkk and I am not happy from your company servise and I have very big stress now, bacause situation look like diskrimination all other nationalities who don't know Danish language and human rights violations or some tricky plan how to earn illegally money from honest users ( your clients) who use your servise for the first time and maybe the last time....
Your worker could see in the system - that it's strange that the car was parked for 2:28 minutes and should be taken, but he told me nothing, your rules I can't read because you have them only in Danish or completely don't have them.
And even more when I came and explained to him my situation he didn't help me, just told me that he was doing his job.

This company is an absolute joke. I had a parking subscription with them for 8 months. During that time, they ‘accidentally’ cancelled my parking card (the same happened to many others at the same time), meaning I had to wait for a new card and in the meantime pay daily for parking. They paid this back, but it was a huge inconvenience.
As I now don’t need to park there anymore, I cancelled the renewal of my subscription a few months ago. Yesterday, I get a bill from them saying they are charging me the monthly renewal fee! I cannot understand that a company can just be allowed to take money out of my account without my approval. I had to contact their customer service myself to get this fixed (it still has not been satisfactorily taken care of). During this process, I found out that I sm not the only one this happened to. I wonder how many people get charged ‘by mistake’ by this company without realising…
